"If I'm not mistaken, he was shorter than me, a bit hunched, maybe an old man." She tried to remember.

"Then how do you know it's a he?" Elias is the one asking now.

May looked to Elias. "He's spoken to me, but I couldn't see him, he was wearing a grey hood. He said, 'For Lady Nightingale.'"

"He knew?" Kayla, Layla's daughter asked.

"Yes, I was on my job so I brought all my weapons."

Bess nods, poisonous needles. Nightingales are famous for that.

"Then he must be someone who knows about hunters. Not everyone would really pay attention to that kind of details." Elias said, looking to his Father. Alastair grunts lowly.

"Or maybe he's a weapon master. Too many possibilities."

"But the one giving me flyer wasn't a man, Alastair." Erick Raven, the grandson of Alastair's nephew answered.

"She's a woman, a young woman. Probably my age, but she was wearing a veil, and didn't speak a word, she flees after giving me the flyer. But yes, I also got the flyer when I was at Serbab's morning market."

"At least we have a similarity, both happened in Serbab morning market." Brook said. "That's worth noting."

"We'll look into it." Dylan Redhound, the son of Skylar Redhound, Alastair's little sister, and Oliver Redhound, Alastair's 'student-brother'.

"Sure. Go with her." Alastair pointed at the girl beside Dylan, who's wearing a red halter top. Dana Redhound, Dylan's older sister. Dana smirked, and nods to Alastair.

"Also please see if there's any information coming to the Boigas too." Alastair looks to Bess. Bess' mouth fell agape.

"Me?" She quietly asked, patting her chest dramatically.

"Yes, you know that Boiga boy, he'd tell you." Alastair casually said it loud without even glancing at Bess.

Bess lean back to her seat, lips still agape.

She couldn't believe her grandfather just addressed her relationship with Matthew in front of the whole family.

"Okay now, another report? No?" Alastair looks around the room, but no one answers, so he flipped his page this time.

"Now to the good news, who's getting married?"

"Ben, he couldn't come but he's going to settle in with another hunter from Boiga. He's also going to announce his retirement, but he got a big job so he would be sending the good news himself another day. He just wanted to say the engagement was done." Layla said. Ben was the youngest out of Layla's four siblings by blood and one student-sister.

"Good, it's time!" Alastair, write it down in his book.

"Anything else?"

"Leo would be having his second child soon." Aera, Leo's sister speaks. They are the children of Alastair's nephew, Dan and Kara Bluebottle.

"Oh, since he gave his first child to the Bluebottle, make sure he's giving the second child the Redhound name. Do they know if it's a girl or a boy yet?" Alastair asked, while writing in his notes.

"Yes, Alastair, it's a boy." Aera smiled. If Bess isn't mistaken, Leo's first child was a girl and given to the Bluebottle.

"Good, they can stop breeding now if they want to, if they don't want to, good for our account," Alastair said, and the room exploded smoothly into a small laugh, here and there.
