I open my eyes to find something peculiar of my surroundings. I'm greeted by the calm colour blue all around me. Gravity doesn't seem to work in this area. Then I realized...

I was drowning.

I panicked, bubbles floating to the great unknown above. I swam upwards, hoping I would escape the water. I can feel myself leaving this world moment by moment.

I looked below me to see how deep the water is, I saw the calm colour blue mixing with the colour of a raven. But what caught my attention was a glowing figure down below. The glow was like the colour of the eyes of a cat kwami. Then I realized who it was.

"Plagg!", I tried to scream, but only bubbles came out to my mouth.

I don't care if I die by drowning. I don't care if a predator comes by. Me and my kitten are like Yin and Yang, if live together, therefore we die together, or the balance will be destroyed.

I swam lower and lower to rescue him. I was losing my energy, but I will not give up. I used all my power to get to him. Oh how I wish Marinette were here to give me a cookie.

At last, I grabbed his hand and tried to swim upward. But I realized that I have no more energy left. I couldn't swim.

A rush of emotions came to me. I was going to die. With Plagg. Underwater. I choked a sob.

'I'm so sorry, Plagg. I tried...', I thought to myself.

I hugged my other half for support. I decided we were going to die together. I looked at him one last time to see that he had worse conditions as mine.

Then he opened his eyes. Those electric green eyes made me want to think that everything's okay, that everything will be fine. He didn't have that everlasting smirk with him, only to be replaced by a weak smile. I felt guilty for giving up like this.

Then he leaned in and closed the gap between us.

I gasped for air as I woke up in Marinette's room. I looked around to see if I was drowning. I was not. I was alive, and so was Plagg.

'Plagg... I hope he's alright.', I thought to myself.

I decided to check the time and saw that Marinette was almost late. I rolled my eyes, she really needed an effective alarm clock. I decided to wake her up.

"Mari... Marinette... Wake up! You're almost late!", I shouted at her, but quiet enough so her parents wouldn't hear.

"5 more minutes...", she groaned, I rolled my eyes again.

"Adrien's heeere!", I squealed, getting her attention.

"What!? Where!?", she shouted, as her eyes are wide awake.

"No silly... you're going to be late!", I reminded her, as she checked the time.

"aaAHH!! You're right!!", she quickly jumped off the bed.

I giggled in amusement, "I'll be at the balcony while you prepare. I want some fresh air before you stuff me into your shoulder bag."

She does a thumbs up sign as she looks at her closet for her clothes. I giggled in response before I went to the balcony, which greeted me with sunlight shining all throughout Paris. I then sighed.

Plagg... Out of all the kwamis, I fall in love with Plagg. I was always thinking about that cat kwami with a cheese obsession regularly, that it might affect me and it could lead to the destruction of Paris. But I have to bottle m emotions up for the sake of him, and the rest of France.
