Brook's POV

I was sworn to protect Silena.

My father, Grover Underwood, was close friends with Silena's mom and dad, Percy and Annabeth Chase. And I was waiting for the day I'd have to take her to camp. Camp Half-Blood.

My father is considered a legend. When he was about my age, he found the God Pan, who disappeared. He is considered "The Lord of the Wild". He also is the leader of the council of the Cloven Elders. My mom, Juniper Underwood, was a dryad. That's why my face looks green and my hair is red, because my mom is completely green and red hair. I can tell Silena questioned about her greenish skin, but she never asked.

Since the day I've gotten here, which was about one years ago, I've wondered when I'd have to take her to camp. But today might be the day.

Me and Silena were walking in the hall when her grandpa came up to her. "Today's my last day." He said to Silena. "Really?" She asked. Her grandpa was getting old. He was retiring today. "Do you want to meet the new principal?" He asked I heard her say "well..." But before he could say anymore he pushed her into the classroom. "Silena, this is the new principal, Ms. Dodds.
