(21) the midnight talk

Tarah's POV:

I just lied down, not doing anything because I didn't want to disturb hi-

"Can't sleep?" He said

Shit.

"Umm... no I can't..." I said nervously

"I figured." He said calmly

"I'm gonna ask you a question Zeyu. Can I?" I asked

"You already are, but alright." He says then I chuckle, and turn around to face me, and he turned and faced me as well, and our faces were inches away

"Why did you have such big eyebags?" I asked

"Umm... well... depression got the best out of me. I cried all night and I-" I cut him off

I hugged him, and I know he was shocked but I didn't care. I felt sorry for him, I felt guilty for him.

He hugged me back, and we stayed like that for a while. I didnt know why, but after all these years I finally felt...

Safe...

"I'm sorry for misjudging you, really..." I said and I slowly let go of the hug, and I sat down

"It's fine. Let's go outside? I forgot to give you a tour of the dorm." Zeyu suggested and I just nodded

"But seriously though, is it still a dorm?! It's like a mansion" I said and he just chuckled

"Let's go" he said and we went outside the room and we went to the hallways

"So this is Shuyang's Room, then Mingrui's Room, then my room, then-" I cut him off

"I'm guessing it's by age?" I asked and he just nods

"And here was the master bedroom on where we went, this was where we usually let guests sleep, or make Sir JYP sleep if we have any projects." He says and I just nod

"Let's go to the backyard." He says and I nod

"Here's the pool, the pool is basically running water so it's safe to swim anytime." He says

"Let's swim tomorrow!" I said and he chuckles

"How about now?" He says and I wasn't sure

"Ummm...?" I asked

"Let's go!" He says then pulls me to the shortest water area in the pool and pushes me

"Aaahhh!" I say and he laughs, and swims as well

"Do you want warm water or cold water?" He asked

"Warm." I replied, confused

"Okay." He says as he goes to the control place and turns on the water warmer.

"What's your fave color?" He asks

"Pink. Heh.." I say

"Okay." He says and turns on pink lights and goes to back to the water and does some tricks on the water

"I also do synchronized swimming." I say

(A/N: synchronized swimming is almost like ballet but only on water, it's like you're dancing ballet on water and does some flexible stuff)

"Really? Show me some!" Zeyu says and I did some tricks

"Woah how do you do that?" Zeyu asks

"Practice" I reply

"Let's go to the jakoozi?" He asks and I just nod

(A/N: idk the spelling of jakoozi or something so sorry)

We went on the water and relax.

"So, you don't need pills to feel better." He said and I was really confused

"Pills...?" I asked

"Your depression pills." He says and points it to a bag on the table so I went there and saw...

MY PILLS?!

"Why do you have it Zeyu?!" I asked annoyed and mad but a bit of confused

"I wanted to see if you needed pills to be normal or recover." Zeyu replied and I could see he was a bit nervous

"Why the fuck didn't you tell me Zeyu?" I asked mad and he went put of the pool to go near me

"I wanted to know what would happen to you, but it seems like you've recovered." Zeyu replied

"Why the fuck did you get it without my permission? Do you know how expensive these are? I couldn't buy a new one anymore! Where did you find i-" I was cut off

Because Zeyu hugged me again. I couldn't do anything, it feels like I could stop anything on what I was doing or what I was saying because it felt so safe.

"I'm sorry, again. But please don't take it again, you've recovered." Zeyu says

"I... have... haven't I?" I said happily because I didn't want to buy new pills, and because I didn't want to cry every day

"Yey!" I said and Zeyu just chuckles

"You're n-not letting g-go yet.." I said but he doesn't respond. I looked at the clock and it's already 5am

(A/N: just imagine lol)

"Ooooohhhhhhhhhh" I saw the boys say and Zeyu quickly let me go

"Why are you here early in the morning? What time did you guys wake up?" Nayeon unnie asks

"Umm... we never slept actually... we went to the pool at 12am because we took a tour. He's still not done yet..." I replied nervously and I see everyone smirk except for me and Zeyu

"What did you guys do at the pool?" Lenna asks and smirks even more then I heard others even laugh

"N-nothing! We... did n-nothing of c-course..." I said and Zeyu didn't say a word and I see his cheeks turn pink, mine as well

"We guys need to take you to the hospital, because your cheeks are getting super pink." Zihao says and the others laugh and Zihao chuckles

"They're cute aaahhh" Tzuyu screams and everyone laughs except for me and Zeyu

"Let's eat breakfast?" Mingrui suggest and we all laugh except for Mingrui, he just rolls his eyes

"Both of you change now.. we'll eat our breakfast outside." Jihyo unnie says and I was nervous as heck..

"Uhm.. aish shit." I said then Zeyu heard it accidentally

"What's wrong?" Zeyu asked and everyone was outside the pool already

"U-umm.. I... don't have c-clothes with me." I replied nervously and look down

"It's okay. Wear my stuff." He said and I nod

"But I.. don't.. h-have my p-pa-" I was cut off

"I'll buy some for you. Besides, I'm going out to buy chips!" Tzuyu unnie says

"Thanks so much unnie!" I said and bowed and I was really thankful because I didn't have to say the word 'panty' to Zeyu

She leaves and I wave at her and she just smiles.

"Get a towel and make yourself dry a bit and choose an outfit you want to wear from my wardrobe." He says and I just nod

"Thanks Zeyu." I said

"Welcome." He said and gets a towel then leave
