LILI HOPPER is a runaway. she ran as far away as she could from her past, only to run into hawkins' chief of police: jim hopper. so, she made a life for herself in this small town. since she was an outcast, people already had put her in a box with all the other delinquents. she hung around steve harrington and tommy t. growing up, not really giving a fuck. but, there were things she couldn't tell anyone, not even steve. for example, the 009 tattoo on her right forearm or the way her hands glow. she thought she could hide it and conceal the fact that she was a freak of nature, but when billy hargrove rolls into town and the monster from the other side begins to stir, things take a sharp turn and lili must do what she never thought she'd have to do:
let go.
