Drowning Waters

Wreckless like the ocean
I'm caught,
Drowning in the affection that you give me
Unable to free myself
Even when I knew it was unsafe,
I did it anyway.
Wanting to feel loved for once, I took the bait and now I'm hooked.
Trapped I am, for you won't let me go.
