“Definitely we would love to. When mom is asking so lovingly how we can deny. Am I right...!” Daniel said wrapping his arm around ishani’s shoulders. Victoria smiled showing her agreement and now it was just manik who needed to give approval. Manik just paused and he looked at every one. As his eyes stopped at ishani, his eyes once again softened.

“Ok...!” manik said in a hushed whisper. Every one got happy like they won a big trophy. Nandni shifted at side to give them way to enter. Manik was the last one who took few seconds before taking his first step. Her stomach quenched when his dark eyes suddenly found hers. Taking slow steps he covered distance towards her. Shaking her head she closed her eyes tightly when he passed by her. His cologne wafting underneath her nose.

In that one moment she wished her life to be a fairly tale and she'd kiss him and he'd remember everything. These two years she cried countless times but when he’s at front of her still these tears somehow found their way. Finally tonight she fulfilled her promise to bring him and his whole family under one roof.

Party was on full swing. After entering inside everyone did the same. They greeted him so warmly that now manik started feeling more anxious. He didn’t know how impatiently this whole family waited for him. After cake cutting, dinner was served.

“Mom won’t you eat anything....!” nandni asked Ishani who's eyes remained whole time locked on manik, observing his each movement like he was a just dream. If she blinked her eyes he will vanished away.

“Look at him. My heart is paining, he is looking at his whole family. I can feel how much he is missing us. Who says he forgot us. Can’t you see the longing in his eyes....!” Ishani whispered signalling towards manik. Nandni couldn’t control her tears when she saw him sitting far away but looking at the table where whole family was gathered.

“Mom don’t be sad, we should be thankful that God kept him safe. Look he is fine, he is alive. He will recover slowly. Go and eat something otherwise all of them also will remain hungry....!” nandni said while pushing her towards their table where every one was waiting for ishani. Ishani nodded her head and went towards the table where whole family was eating. Nandni kept standing there still looking at him. Any one could feel his stance was restless.

Before nandni could manage to spin her eyes away from manik, he turned his head, catching her intrusive eyes with his. Her heart raced beneath her chest and she felt her hands started being clammy. Nandni hastily turned around to look for her whole family. She went slowly towards table.

“Why you are not coming. Everyone is waiting for you....!” Daniel came towards manik who was sitting in one corner. Since the time he came here he just didn’t leave that corner.

“Please, I’m not feeling hungry. You guys go and have dinner. This bloody music is hammering in my head....!” manik replied while rubbing his temples. Daniel didn’t force him and came back towards table.

“You also won’t eat like him....!” Daniel whispered in nandni’s ear. Nandni smiled seeing how much he was doing efforts to make manik comfortable among his own family.

“I will eat later. I need to handle my baby first....!” nandni smiled while tickling Aaron. His soft giggles stolen the attention of whole family. No doubt in this thick atmosphere his giggles brought waves of peace around them.

“Ok. Give me this baby. Its his dad’s turn to handle him. A gentleman should handle his baby when his wife having her dinner. Am I right....?” daniel asked everyone on the table. Nandni’s eyes got widened when she understood his plane. Nandni tried to stop Daniel but all others were fully at his side. They raised their thumbs up. Winking at them he took Aaron from nandni and went towards manik. Nandni face palmed when she saw Daniel stopped beside manik. Every one was looking so desperately that how manik will handle Aaron. It was like a dream of each family member to see Aaron in maniks arms.
