"Hey" I called out to him, seeing him in human form not far from the invisible wall that was their pack border.

"Hey man, what do you need?" Jason asked with concern while making his way over to me, me still being a snake.

"A safe place to hide?" I tried to joke "no, I need to speak to your alpha" I say looking him straight into his eyes, which were a nice hazel colour.

"Right, I'll get him" Jason nodded to me and when into their link and paused "So is she free again" he said referring to Kat who he met briefly before.

"Yeah she's running to the rogue center; after this we are even" I announced but I knew what he was about to say.
"Nahh, we will never be even, you did so much to get me here" Jason shouted back at me as he ran way to find his alpha.

"Fine" I sighed knowing it was a lost cause, I shifted to my human form moved and my focus to their link but nothing was happening, this is a good thing as a loud pack link meant trouble.

I sat crossed legged and waited at the packs most east border. I was waiting for ten minutes before a small squad of four wolves came running; I could see my friend, a ginger wolf. His Alpha a white wolf. A beta a black wolf, and finally another black wolf which was a warrior. I bet they all must have thought that I was a threat. Well most rogues where dangerous; but me, I'm just a rogue for information. As the squad got closer, the mind link exploded with the four voices. I couldn't tell who's voice belonged to who a part from Jason's.

"Who is this?" one of them asked, maybe the beta or the warrior either way they were all men, great.

"You know we don't tolerate rogues" angry man growled thought he link while the white wolf snarled, so this voice was the alpha.

"I cause no threat to you or your pack" I say calmly and coolly out of the link, a shocked silence made me feel all smug inside.

"How do we know that" the Alpha said once he shifted back to his human form. From what I could see, this man was fit and muscular, he had short blond hair and chocolate eyes that showed his distaste full look; and what I've already seen of this an was that he was short tempered but knows what it means to owe a favor, I got up from where I sat so the wolves no longer over towered me.

"Well I introduced you to a fellow rogue who was desperate to join a pack and I can plainly see that that he has severed you with nothing but loyally and showed nothing but respect" I indicated to Jason who looked completely embarrassed in his wolf form, I had to stop myself from grinning.

"That may be true but... " the warriors started but were silenced from a look from the beta.

"What do you want?" the beta interrupted looking at me suspiciously.

"A place, a safe place for my sister to rest before she runs again" I spoke honestly as I've learnt lying is a horrible idea and is a risk to my life.

"Why run again?" Jason asked worried with his eyes pleasing for us to stay.

"So your pack doesn't come into any danger from allowing her to rest in your territory for more than one day." I plainly state as this as the main reason why we don't belong to a pack.

"What shifter is she" the beta asked the worse question in the world.

"Panther" I have a good feeling that this one will let us stay, let's just hope Kat can keep her mind in the game and remain a fully grown panther.

"Alright, just for the night then" the alpha sighed but I feel like this was against his will. I nodded to show I was listening and quickly linked Kat to give her a new place to run too.
