Bucky came up to Kinsley at her locker "Hey we need to have a "business meeting." he said
"Oh well I can't tonight it's Valentine's day and Josh's parents is taking us to Olive Garden. Maybe tomorrow after practice." she said
"Kinsley seriously this is like third time I have tried to get you to do this with me and you keep me blowing me off. " he said
"I'm sorry that I have a boyfriend Buck.." she said
"Yeah well maybe I should go to choir class and find someone that wants to be part of the band and replace you too. Maybe I can find someone that isn't wrapped up in their boyfriend to find time for friends." he said as he walked away.
She looked down "Hey beautiful what's with the sad face?' Josh said
"It's nothing.. I'll take care of it later." she said
That night Josh picked her up as she wore a white dress with black leggings and boots. Bucky seen her leave with him from his window. That night Josh gave her a heart shaped promise ring from Pandora.

When she got home that night she posted a picture of it with the caption "Best present every my promise ring I love you @ joshb34"
Bucky seen her post and he threw his phone across the room and started to cry. He was losing the only girl he's ever wanted to Josh. The next day he waited in the clubhouse when she texted him that she had a little time to talk.
She knocked on the door and he let her in. She sat down on the couch and his eyes went right to the ring and swallowed hard. "Um the 4th of July people called dad two weeks ago they want us to do the show again if you feel that you can squeeze in time for rehearsal otherwise I'll just do it by myself I guess."
"What is your problem with me lately James? I"m sorry that I have a boyfriend and cheer practice and homework." she said
"Well maybe you should drop cheer or Josh that way you would have more time to do something that you use to love doing." he said
She looked down "I still love it Buck. I just it's not like how it was before. Why does my relationship bother you so much?" she said
"Because he's changing you Kinsley you barely have time cause he is always taking you out." he said
Her phone started to buzz and she ignored the message "Look I will find time for rehearsal but I have to go right now. We have a double date with Steve and Nat. " she said and walked out.
Bucky started to write a song and played his guitar later that night he was listening to his Pandora when "Marry Me" by Thomas Rhett came on and he added it to the set list and looked up the guitar chords and the piano notes for Kinsley.
