chapter 5

Leos pov:
He kept getting closer and closer to me until we were face to face.
"W-what do you want."  My voice was shaking

He said nothing grabbed my arm and pulled me . Where are we going? What does he want?

Everyone was staring andi stared to get really scared. What happened to him we used to be best friends he was so nice now? Now he's the schools bad boy? No he cant.

He pulled me into the locker room by the gym making me loose my thoughts.

"What do you want!" I yelled at him
I was almost in tears. A thousand questions full my mind I don't know what to think

But then...

All he did was hug me and there was something in me. Telling me to hug him back, we sat there for a good 5 minutes just hugging not saying anything until

We heard footsteps. He looked at me with sorry eyes I know what he's about to do and I know he wasn't going to mean it but it still broke me.

Charlies pov:

I walked up to him and took his arm and dragged him with me. I had to take him where no one would see us cause everyone thinks I'm about to go beat him up. Ugh people are so clueless. I took him to a gym looker room cause no one had p.e right now so no one was there just us.

"W-what do you want!" I heard him yell he was almost crying
Now I feel bad

I looked at him and and all I did was hug him I felt him flinch at first but then after a few seconds he hugged me back. We hugged for about 5 minutes and then we heard footsteps.

I looked at him he knew what was about to happen I hope he doesn't hate me.

The footsteps kept getting closer and eventually the door opened... I dont want to but I have to

"DON'T EVER HURT MY FRIENDS EVER AGAIN YOU FAG." He started crying :(

"Well well well Charlie Lenehan finally doing what he's supposed to, so let me see it."

"See what?"

"Punch him. Right here right now."

I couldn't do it, I can't, i don't want to hurt him cause I still have feelings for him

"I-i can't " is all I said
"Why!" He was mad

I can't do it and I don't know how to get out of it I can't believe people are so mean and try to make other people mean it's so stupid this is why I hate school , yeah I get good grades and have friends but just the people here Ugh I'm so sick of them. I need to get out of this somehow.

"Oh is little Charlie Lenehan gonna chicken out like he does everytime"

Ok now I was mad and I had no control of what I did next

Leos pov:

Charlie was getting really mad cause i know he did want to hurt me. He was just standing there for a second and then

Then he punched Rick and not me...

And out of nowhere he turned around   and stared staring at me at this point im just cunfused and about 10 seconds go by and he kissed me I don't know how to react. What do i do! I couldn't think so all I did was kiss him back.

I didn't know Charlie was into dudes.

" What the hell is going on !" Rick practically yelled

We both jumped and I think we both forgot he was there

How long were we kissing??

"Well you see Rick I'm gay."
Charlie said and honestly his words even shocked me

"Wait w-what I thought you hated gay
People. Haha you know what's going to start happening cause eveyone else here hates gays" he was smiling wtf why was he smiling

"NOTHINGS gonna happen to me or leo!" Awe he called me leo, I like when he calls me that
Wait what am I thinking I can't be thinking this

"Ok whatever you say dude just know that were no longer friends and I certainly will not help you"

"RICK WHEN WE'RE WE EVER FRIENDS all you wanted me to do was beat people up you turned me into this disgusting person that was mean and rude to people if I had the choice I'd choose to never see you or your little gang ever again!"

Rick rolled his eyes and turned around and said
" I thought you were smarter than that Lenehan" he continued that with a light chuckle and started walking again then he left

But now I have to face Charlie I don't know what to do I don't know what to say

"Leo" wait he's crying so I looked at him and once again we were hugging just like that

"I'm sorry this is my fault" and now I'm crying with him

He stopped crying and looked at me cunfused

"Leondre in no way is this your fault you did nothing and there isn't anyone to blame or feel bad about anything this is life this happens and it was gonna happen sooner than later" he broke into a smile

He had a beautiful smile it was contagious

I guess I knew that before I realized it cause I was already smiling

Then the bell rang both of our faces went blank and we ran as fast as we could to our next class we had the same class it was science so we ran to our lockers to get our stuff and went to class

"Oh hello you must be the new kid leondre"
"Yes and you can call me Leo"
"Of course now you may have a seat by that kid over there in the green hoodie and blonde hair he's Charlie, you two can be friends he's a great student he gets all A's and has perfect attendance!"

The teacher obviously loved Charlie the way he was smiling talking about him

"Oh yeah and I'm Mr.Sinko"

"Well hello Mr.Sinko."
I giggled

And I went to go sit by Charlie

"Well here we meet again." Charlie giggled

Why does he have to be so cute

"Hii"

He tapped me with his pencil in the middle of class and it turned into a little game where we just tap eachother with our pencils
And eventually class ended and it was our last class so we both went out both ways and went home after saying our goodbyes
