"What does he mean, Ink?" Dream asked. Error could see a flushed expression on Ink's face. He got him where it counts.

Error laughingly shot his strings toward Ink. He did not know if they would understand, or even believe him, but he tried anyway. His strings foolishly tried to grab onto a soul that did not exist. Dream's, Outer's, and Ganz's faces all showed surprise, good or bad Error could not tell.

Error realized that nobody could make his choices. Nobody could force him to do anything. He could choose his own path, his destiny.

"thIs hAs gOnE oN lOnG eNoUgH," Error continued. "yOu wIlL knOw thE tRUtH sOoN eNoUGH. pLeaSE, tElL BlUe nOt tO wOrRy tOo mUcH."

And he fell. I chose this Error delighted. He could feel the almost welcoming embrace of death. He almost felt at peace. It was something he had tried many times, but failed. This time, he finally did it.

Ink thought the multiverse would be better off without Error to destroy the AUs. All the innocent lives, just taken for some sick enjoyment Ink assured himself. But he could feel a ripple effect, if ever so slightly, through the multiverse. He had no idea what it meant.

"I-Ink?" Ganz asked. Ink looked at Ganz. Ganz's hand was glowing a faint blue color. Ink knew what he was doing.

"You have no soul," Outer said. Ink figured Outer was too surprised with the situation to fully respond yet.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you guys, I had no time!" Ink tried to justify. Truth is, he did not want them to think of him as a freak. He did not want to be singled as different for this reason. He wanted to fit in, but that cannot happen now.

"Let's just go back to the others and give the news," Dream said, a bit bitterly. All four of them returned to Inktale.

Blue was waiting in Nightmare's house for Error's return. At the time, Blue was making tacos for everyone to try, to pass the time. He was about to leave the kitchen when he felt it. The tacos toppled to the floor as Blue's hands let go of the plates and flew to his soul.

To Blue, it felt like he lost a part of himself. He started to cry. He knew what Error had done. He hoped it would not have had to come to that.

Blue acknowledged that he would have to leave Nightmare's house very soon. Just a few more seconds he kept telling himself.

He eventually left and made his way back to Inktale, where they have been holding meetings, to further act like he did not know.

He was surprised when Ganz flagged him down to tell him that Error told him not to worry too much. Blue thanked Ganz for the news, but did not know what to do with it.

Nightmare was tallying the results of the mini sparring tournament they had time to do while waiting. He was almost done when it hit him.

At first, he thought he could take it, his corrupt form nullifies most emotions, but he unexpectedly reverted back to his original form. He had not been in that form for a very long time, so he did not know how to deal with all the emotions. He was, in short, a emotional mess.

Nightmare was really mad. "They pushed him," he mumbled.

He quickly got himself together, for the most part, and went into the living room. He expected everyone to be flipping out, and he was not disappointed.

The other Bad Sanses had around the same reactions, but for different reasons.
