I locked my phone and continued doing the work that I left off. I wish all of this could end. I just remembered that today is 25th December, the day where everyone should be off, the day where I can relax and have fun with my friends, the day where I want to have some me-time.

Knock.. knock

"Come in," I said. Who is it now?

"Mr. Akabane, may I have your time?" the old man asked

"Sure, have a seat" he closed the door

"Thank you, Sir. I wanted to ask you, have you found a translator for your meeting abroad next month?"

Ah, shoot. I forgot all about it.

"I haven't. Thank you for reminding me, Sir"

"If you haven't, I might have one or two in mind. Here's their information. I put in extra information about their personality as well to match your liking. But if you have anyone else in mind, that's fine" he handed my 2 papers about the two translators that I might use later

"Ah yes, thank you very much" I gave a simple smile at the man

"That's all I needed to know. Have a good they, Sir" the man said and went outside

"Yes, have a good day" I closed the door and went to my desk. I read a bit about the translators. Like I thought, none of them are even near to my likings. Speaking of translator, I wonder how she is now.

At the reunion

As he said, Karma was late. Karma smiled all the way to the school, looking at the kids playing in the snow, reminding him when he was still a middle schooler. It was already December, luckily the snow isn't that strong this week. In fact, it wasn't snowing since morning, but it was still cold either way.

Karma parked his car and went to the old building.  Karma took off his coat and opened the door to the class. In the class, he saw lots of decoration was hung in every corner of the class. He felt sorry for not coming early after all their hard work to celebrate his birthday. Half of the class already went home early to prepare for their work tomorrow and left messages and gifts for him instead. All that was left was Nagisa, Akari, Maehara, Isogai, Okuda, Sugino, Yukiko, Ritsu, and Terasaka. Chiba, Hayami, and Itona just came in after buying more snacks
