Chapter 1

"Don't hurt the lord" a husky voice was heard. It gives her a chill. She retract her fist and punch again, this time it hit the familiar man. She looked at him carefully, him who is rubbing his punched face. She remembered him, she thought that he is familiar because he is her killer, she heard him talk about the situation before he shoot her.

The man stand steadily after he took a two steps back. He reached out for her but she avoided and widen their gap. She was weary.

Her guard is up.

She trust no one.

When she died she thought she will go straight to the netherworld. Judge that she'll not enter the reincarnation cycle due to her deeds but she was here in a peaceful place. The peaceful place just made her feel more weary.

She looked at the garden for a few seconds before she retracted her gaze to them. Checking them while being alert. It's good to be alert to the people you don't really know.

She wanted to ask them but how can she guarantee that they'll answer the question with the truth. In fact, the man in front of her is her killer but at the same time her savior.

Savior?

She looked at him and clearly saw a gentle smile on him, he is emitting gentle aura. She was confused but didn't show it. Confused on why would he show a gentle expression after he received a punch. Does he like pain and being punched straight in the face so much? What an extreme M (Masochist).

He saw her looking at him. Her full attention on him makes him smile more because of his happy expression Mei subconsciously knitted her brows and her reaction didn't escape from his sight. He is happy that she shows a genuine expressions, when he was in her world for a year she didn't see her genuine expressions.

Mei looked at him and saw a man behind Andrei. She realized her thoughts and immediately returned to being unemotional.

Andrei still looking or rather staring at her when the man behind him cut off his gaze.

"Ahem" The man fake cough to get his attention after getting his attention he approaches Lei. She immediately do a battle stance that made the man retracts his steps and introduces himself. "I am Cronus. I called for your soul from the netherworld." He stopped to get any reactions and comments from the lady but a minute has passed he didn't hear any but saw her still in her battle posture. Seeing that she doesn't have any intention to speak or maybe listen he reluctantly continue, " I called for because..." he looked at Andrei for a few seconds.

"He called for you because he wanted to give a chance. A chance of living a wonderful life of your own-- though I can't call it as your own but well it'll be yours when you get there. You will be granted to enter the body of Athena von Celeste, she is a daughter to the Duke. After she was borne she was kidnapped by the newly appointed guard ordered by the evil future teller. Wondering why would he kidnapped her? Wondering why, Mei?" He teased her but still didn't get any response instead she frown indicating that she is annoyed. She realized what she did and she instantly return to her earlier expression.

He sighed and continue on explaining to her, " She was kidnapped because she got the lost power which is the creation but she her creation magic is limited not all can be made specially living things. She lived in the forest until she was 16 and she returned to her parents when she was nearly 17. When she enter the Central Academy that's the starting point of her tragic life. She was accused of bullying the heroine, Elise. Well the bullying was caused by her cousin Sapphire Claude, a daughter of a branch family. She was jealous and envious of her. Of course the accused didn't know this because she was with her twin brother. The princes all believed her even the second prince of the South, Prince Louise vi Fleure, her childhood friend. She was ordered to be exiled in the island and after she was banished to the island two weeks later she died because of depression. No one knows that she died except for the couple who took her in their home. A few weeks later, the bullying didn't stop and investigated the case, that's when they knew that Athena didn't participate in any of the bullying. Prince Louise immediately went to the island to fetch Athena but he went home with her ashes. After he went back to the capital, he learned that the her cousin was the one who committed the crime. They felt guilty for what happened, especially him and he finally realizes that he was in love with her long time ago. Now, Mei we want you to live as Athena and change--" her fate.

Before Andrei finished what he was telling, he was cut off by Mei, who retaliated. She answered in an indifferent tone but if you listen carefully you can hear the irritation.

"You want me to take over someone else's life?"

She didn't get any answer to the question instead her name.

"Mei"

"Andrei"

"It is a mission but this is a win-win situation for the both of you. You can live a life freely and you can change her fate."

"If I don't want to do the mission, you'll send me straight to the netherworld? That's okay by me. Where's the path to the netherworld?" She ask and scan her eyes in her surroundings.

"If you don't want to do the mission, then you'll leave me no choice but to force you." Andrei says with a smirk and hurriedly charge to Mei who is still looking at her surrounding. Feeling him charging towards her, she looked at him and saw that he was a meter away from her. He was on the ground and raise his foot to make Mei stumbles on the ground but alas, she reacted quickly.

The two fight for almost 10 minutes without taking a break. The fight is, who'll take a break first will lose, so they didn't stop. While Mei is fighting with Andrei, she can see his smirk.Thinking carefully on why would he smirk while sparring with her; but poor Mei she didn't realizes that she fell into his trap. She didn't know why she suddenly slipped and when she was about to support herself, someone caught her on her waist.

"You'll be in the story before Athena is born." Andrei whispered, she kick his legs that made him let go of her. She thought she'll hit the ground but damn she was wrong, she fell into a blackhole- blackhole to her mission where she was forced to.

"Keep safe" That word was the last thing she heard before she felt herself being pulled out.

Damn it, it hurts. If they forced me then they should start my living days after she was borne. Being pulled out from the tummy, I was forced to feel it.
