Chapter 9 (sorta)

So this is actually just a really short little paragraph teaser of Chapter 9, I'm currently writing Chapter 9 but I didn't want you guys to have to wait until tomorrow for something :) So here is the Chapter 9 teaser

Hazel walked back up to the top deck to help with preparations for the upcoming battle , she wasn't quite sure how to feel about Jason and NIco's.... relationship. It was just so sudden. Hazel had never seen them have an in-depth conversation before. At Camp Jupiter Jason had defended Nico against Octavian's biased opinions on the Son of Hades that was "so obviously trouble" and had been one of the few campers to say hello to Nico on more than one occasion. But still, Hazel didn't think that was exactly enough to build a relationship on. Then again, whatever happened in Crotia must have brought them closer together. "I wonder how they seem to work so well together??" she wondered. Nico was introverted, he had years of emotional baggage shoved away. He was never open about his feelings or regrets, but Jason was the polar opposite. Jason was outgoing and friends with everyone. He may have had emotional problems but he found ways to deal with them. Jason was straightforward, Nico was cryptic and hidden. Jason had been surrounded with support his entire life, while Nico had the only family he had taken from him, and yet.... They seemed to fit together so perfectly. One thing was for sure though, if Jason hurt Nico, Hazel would make him regret it.
