Because of snow.

CHAPTER TWO.

After Ms.  Muller and Tom fell down from a piece of wood, the police took Tom and the mother but Peter and Chloe were still running.......

Chloe stopped and returned back when she realized that her mom and Tom was caught by the police, Peter: "CHLOEEEE!! Come back"

Chloe: "I'm never going back untill i get my mother and tom, You don't care about them, but I DOOO"

Peter: "I care about them, but you have to come back and we are gonna plan how to get them back, but If you go, they're gonna take you too"

Chloe realized that he was right!

So she stopped running...

And Peter was breathing quickly.

Peter: "Okay now we have to find a shelter"

Chloe: "Yes, We have to"

Chloe looked around and realized that how they could find a shelter in the rich people's house...

They heard Tom's voice saying " CLOEEEER, PETRRR"

Chloe: "TTTTOOOOMMMM"

Suddenly, they heard a gun shot...

Chloe: "TOOMMM, NOOOOO"

Chloe and Peter thought that Tom had died.

Tears started to fall of Chloe's eyes.

Peter: "Tom TOM TOOOOOOOM"

Chloe: "See, you are they because Tom d- di- died because of you"

Peter: "Me, what, why?"

Chloe: "because you told me to stop running after them"

Peter: "even if you didn't stop, the police was going to catch you and kill you both, Tom and you"

Chloe: "dying, it was going to be better than living without Tom".

Peter: "But, wait, where is mum?"

Chloe: "yess, where is MUM!?"

Chloe started running...

Chloe: "And i am not going to wait until mum dies"

Peter couldn't say a word.

Chloe saw her mom's leg's bleeding but she wasn't dead,

She was breathing, Her mother saw her

Ms. Muller: "C ch chloe"

Chloe: "Shhh mom, we're gonna escape"

Chloe walked slowly with no sound

and she took a stick of iron and hit the guard's head who was guarding the prison that Ms. Muller was in.

And she took the key from his hand and opened the prison's door,

Ms. Muller couldn't run, because of her bleeding legs so Chloe carried her mother and ran ,

but she couldn't run fast enough.
