Kyla's POV: I was thinking about Ky for about 2 hours. I thought about how I passed up a chance to actually FaceTime him! But then again it would've been awkward anyway. Obviously I'd made the wrong choice because I thought about it for a while.
I thought about a way to accidentally call him or something to just talk to him but I chose to leave it alone. Not long after, I went to bed.
* 1 month later *
Me and Ky have been talking a lot. It occurred to me that we started talking a month ago. So much for just focusing on school. I start texting him.
Me:Hey
Ky🥰🥴:Hey
Me: wyd?
Ky🥰🥴: About to go to the movies with my friends, wbu?
Me: nun just thought of you 😅.
Ky🥰🥴: K cool. How uu?
Me: I'm fine, kinda bored though. Wbu?
Ky🥰🥴:I'm cool. But I'll text you later I'm about to leave.
Me: K.
I should've asked what movie to keep the conversation going, dang it. It's a Saturday and I still don't have any plans so I text the group chat.

Me: let's go @ 2

MYA💜😌.: That's in like 40 mins but alr I'm not trippin.
I wonder where Ky's going to see his movie at. I pick up my phone but drop it. I'll probably be bugging him so I throw my phone on my bed. Thennn I dove on my bed for it. I scrolled through our text messages, why does it only seem like I say "Hey" first ? Wasn't he the one that took the first shot? All but like one of our conversations he'd said "Hey" first.
That's a problem cause I feel like I'm just so "thirsty" to say hi and he's not. It's like I try to wait for him to say something first but nothing ends up happening. Like he's not interested in me. Well I don't know maybe I'm thinking too much about it.
So after that, I decided I wasn't going to text him and just wait for him to text me first.
I took a shower, did my hair, and got ready to go to Del amo. My mom had already left so I just needed to lock the door and be on my way.
I finally got there and found a parking spot and met up with Mya, Jada, and Layla by P.F. Chang's.
"Do we really gotta see this stupid marvel movie?" Mya complained. "Yes. Now let's get in line." Jada responded.
