looking over the world
and what do i see
pain and pretending
to be who you want to be
i watch people deceive
people not giving
but expecting to receive
children losing innocence
and being bribed my money
not a sweet of 6pence
or chocolate from the Easter bunny
destroying for pleasure
guiltiness long forgotten
while others suffer
beyond human measure
no eating
no drinking
trying to be a "perfect" person
before reality starts sinking
no one's perfect, perfect's no one
for God doesn't give you everything
you gain one, you loose one
listen to these words
the hold your future
be who you are
its the only way to be mature
