Tapos na first class namin and so far, favorite ko na agad na Prof si Ms. Park. Papunta kami ni Chu ngayon sa cafeteria to have lunch. And guess what? Ang dami na namang tao. Ang daming nag hi at hello sa akin sa hallway, ako naman si ngiti lang.

Pag pasok namin ni Chu sa cafeteria, sigawan at tilian agad ang bumungad samin.

"Jeez! Ano ba yan, Jendeukie. Unang araw pa lang natin, mukhang hindi na ako magkakaron ng normal lunch with my beloved chickin pag ikaw lagi ang kasama ko." Sabi ni Jisoo sabay hawak sa braso ko at hinila ako papasok ng cafeteria.

"Crazy! Just smile okay?"

Nang makarating na kami sa table namin. Agad namang sinabi ni Jisoo na sya nalang daw ang oorder ng pagkain namin.

Wala pang ilang minuto, naka'balik na si Jisoo dala ang pagkain namin.

"Bakit ang bilis mo? You cut into the line no?" Sabi ko. Kase naman, parang ang bilis naman ata nyang naka'order e ang dami pa namang naka'pila. And knowing Chu, maloko yan.

"Oo, sabi ko sa kanila pag pinauna nila ako ibibigay ko sa kanila phone number mo." Jisoo said while wearing that... that smirk. I hate that!

"What?! You did what?!" Halos maibuga ko yung iniinom kong coke sa kanya. I can't believe she actually did that. Argh!

"HAHAHAHAHA, Merong!"

(Merong - is a children's word or sound in Korean used to tease by sticking out one's tongue.)

"Argh! Kim Jisoo!! Dapat hindi ko nalang pinigilan yung pagbuga ko ng coke sayo. Grrr!" Inis na sabi ko sa kanya. Kinabahan ako ng slight, kase I actually thought na gagawin nya yun. And alam kong hindi malabo yun, basta para sa chickin nya. Ganun nya ako kamahal. She's willing to sell our friendship just to be with her chickin. 🙄

"So paano ka naka'order ng mabilis?" Hindi ko pa din sya tinatantanan, alam kong may ginawa na naman 'tong kalokohan.

She just shrug and said "Well, para saan pa at naging president ako ng SSG kung hindi ko din naman 'to magagamit sa mga ganitong pagkakataon diba?" And boom. I told you, may ginawa na naman syang kalokohan and this time ginamit nya yung pagiging President nya ng school. Yes, President sya ng school. Believe it or not. Wala sa ugali nya no? Jk. Pero hindi na din naman ako magtataka, she's smart naman and madalas may sense din naman talaga yung sinasabi nya. Medyo pilya nga lang sya.

"Hey, don't tell me you actually believed that? I don't do that noh. Pina'una lang nila ako sa pila kase alam nila kung gaano ko ka'favorite ang chickin. Eh paubos na pa man din. Kaya ayun, hindi na ako nagpabebe pa hahaha" Aigoo, Kim Jisoo and her love for chickins.

"What's pabebe? And yeah, I actually believed that. Hindi naman kasi malayong hindi mo gawin yun e."

"Pabebe. Meaning ano.... uhmm... halimbawa pag niyaya ka ng crush mo tapos syempre ikaw magpapa'kipot ka muna. Ganun, Yung ginawa ko kanina? Ayun! Pabebe ang tawag dun."

"Oh, like for example you want some of your friend's food and when they offer you their food, you go like "oh no thanks, i'm not hungry" but the real thing is you're so hungry na but don't want to take some of their food because you're shy? Is that what pabebe means?"

"Grabe, ang dami mong sinabi. My bleeding is nose. Pwede ba magtagalog ka, nasa Pilipinas tayo oh" Jisoo said.

"I'm not that confident with my tagalog e. I mean, I can speak and I can understand tagalog, but not the deep words like pabebe"

"Pabebe is not that deep. It's a millenial term for pakipot you know." Lahat nalang may sagot 'tong si Jisoo hay nako.

"You know what, whatever. Finish your chickin and let's go na to our next class."

Classes has been dismissed. Yey! My 1st day went good, so far. Minus the commotion I did in the lobby this morning and in the cafeteria. I can finally go home and sleep.

"Yah, Jendeukie! Are you going home? may sundo ka?" Naglalakad kami ngayon ni Chu papuntang parking lot, kung saan doon naghihintay si Mason, personal driver ko.

"Why? What do you want?"

"Sungit naman. Eh kase, there's this new coffee shop that I really want to go na malapit dito. It's called Pop's. I don't know if you heard that before, but pwede mo ba ko samahan? Please?"

"Okay, but not today. Maybe some other time. I really want to go home and sleep." Sabi ko sabay sakay sa kotse nung makarating na kami sa parking lot. I heard Pop's before and others said na masarap nga daw kape na sineserve nila dun. But as much as I want to join Jisoo, I'm really tired and feel sleepy.

"Then now is the right time to go there! Let's just grab a coffee para hindi ka antukin, kahit take out please? Mandukie?" Jisoo being the most persistent person I know. How can I say no to coffee anyway?

"Alright alright. Pero saglit lang ha?"

"Yes! Alam ko namang you'll never say no to me and coffee hihi." Sabi nya at sumakay na din ng kotse.

"What are you waiting for? Let's go!!! Nag hihintay na satin yung kape sa Pop's." It's already 5 pm but damn, her energy is still the same as her energy every morning. How to be you Jisoo-yah?
