My Own World

When I feel most myself

Reality melts away

Placing me into my own world

A place where I can rome freely

And speak sweetly

Everything turns joyous

And the world is calm

I spend my time doing lazy activities

Up in great pine trees

A world of colors and light

That changes dramatically on sight

For the next minuet I find myself in a ravaged land

Built on my own internal conflict

Wars and action at every corner

A world to satisfy my demonic half

A playground of adrenalin

Created for my other half

Then I wake up from this great dream

Back into so called reality

Where people shatter me

Preventing me to enter my own world for more than seconds at a time

But those seconds here

Are hours there

Reminding me why I need to rebuild myself

Stronger, faster, smarter

High enough to reach past the sky and universe above

Because the reward at the end

Is the greatest one of all
