It is thanksgiving and im so happy im getting to spend it with Shawn , Manny,Vik,Noah and Paris. They are the only reason why im alive today.
"You know driving with one hand is dangerous Mendes?" He just smiled and squeezed my hand three times
"If im dieing atleast im with you" I just smiled and kissed his hand
Skip the drive
As we reached to the house we prepared to get a lecture about being on time. But shocking we did not get a lecture instead we got coffee.
"Ok Ali and Shawn why were you late" manny ask placing the salad bowl on the table
"Well dad we had to lose some fans and yea thats it" Shawn said helping his dad put the food on the table while I put the plate and glass etc.
"Ok I got the wine!" Noah said as he came in with a bottle of wine
"Remind me manny why you gave Noah a key" I asked after I tasted a piece of muffin
"Because Noah is like my son Ali" Manny said looking at me with the be nice face
"Im here family!" Vik said with Paris holding her hand
"Hello Vik and Hello to my beautiful princess Paris" manny said lifting Paris and pretending she is a super hero flying in the air. Paris calls Manny grandpa since Manny became the legal guardian to Vik when she was 15.
Shawn and I said hi to everyone and we sat and ate. We then went outside around the campfire and sang songs and thats when Shawn and Manny brought out my cello.
"Babe play something for us?" He said sitting with his guitar
"Ok I would do it" I said taking the cello from Manny
As we played Shawn kept making eyecontact with me and smiling which was cute while it lasted until Noah, Vik and I phone buzzed it was an alert that a crime is hapening at city bank
"Im sorry I have to go" I said kissing Shawn and ran to my room to get ready
"Please be carefull" he said leaning on my room wall with his hands in his pockets
"I will" I said picking up my bow and then passionatly kissing him
"I have to go" I said pulling away from the kis
"I know" he said walking me to the garage
Before I left Shawn came and kissed me and thats when I just put on my helmet and drove of I did not want to feel any love emotions before going out in the field
