I feel like group texting with 5sos would be absolutely maddening because they're teenage boys with the attention span of squirrels but at the same time you wouldn't be able to quit laughing because Luke would go crazy with emojis, Ashton would make the worst autocorrect mistakes, Mikey would scream in all caps and Calum would send selfies to communicate his feelings
