Many
lands have I,
thus,
roamed..!
My wisdom, skills, and knowledge
has exceptionally grown!
I have known
company to the wisest farmer
and the most ignorant
of the ill informed.
In both woody parks
and city streets.
I have beheld
those most intimate
of enlightened deeds,
and those done
within the dreary dark.
AHOY!
I am here
but never perceived,
I am also there
but of my presence
they can never bereave!
I am
a precious delight
in the cheerful wood-side pond,
of those viscous bug plagues
I am very fond!
I can
slumber in the damp shade
for many nights
