Elizabeth was now looking at the flat lined heart monitor, right as she was about to get off the bed, the heart monitor started making soft beating sounds as Neil's eyes fluttered open

Repeated in Neil's mind, Elizabeth completely shocked and hugged Neil tightly "YOUR ALIVE!!!!" She yelled, starting to cry again, but out of happiness, Neil smiled a little and hugged her back, Michael walked in, confused on what Elizabeth had said and saw his brother sitting up, looking at him, Michael ran over and hugged his brother as well.
William and Trina rushed in, confused, Trina and William slightly gasped, both parents running over and also hugging their son.

"It seems Neil will be fine! Surprisingly..." The nurse said, starting to smile, Elizabeth being EXTREMELY happy her brother was going to be okay, but still, in the back of Trina's mind, dark thoughts swirled.
