Beginning [Is it catchy? Does it make the readers want to read the whole story?] - 10%

Plot [Is the story interesting? Is it worth-reading?] - 35%

Ending [Is it satisfying?] - 10%

Characterization [Are the character/s believable?] - 10%

Originality and Creativity [Does the story stand out? Is there something new?] - 25%

Technicalities - [Is punctuation, spelling and grammar correct? Is the story written formally?] - 10%

» MECHANICS:

1. Submit a short story of maximum two thousand five hundred (2,500) words, title excluded. [Minimum: 1,500 words]

2. Your entry must be freshly written and originally yours, not yet posted in any site. It should be made especially for this contest.

3. Keep your entry neat and error-free, as possible.

4. One entry per participant. No collaborations, please.

5. Anonymity is important, refrain from telling which entry is yours.

6. Submit your entry in .doc/.docx format at WattyBabesOfficial@gmail.com, use this format as subject: BOSS_username, ex: BOSS_WattyBabesOfficial (It's easier to filter the entries.)

7. Any language, any genre but please be responsible for the restrictions, if you know what I mean.

8. Feel free to drop constructive criticisms on other participants' entries.

9. Submission of entries: October 06, 2014 00:00:00 am to October 10, 2014, 11:59:59 pm. :)
