Emotions build up until I can't breathe,

Emotions cloud my mind,
It's killing me,
Inside and out.
Does it ache?
Bleed?
Scream?
Cry?
Why does every day
Have the same grey sky?
Panic rises in my chest,
It takes over me.
Irrational thoughts flood my head
I want to scream,
Or shout,
