please, hold the kite. even if the string is thinly grasping against wind, wrap your fingers around to let it fly. the tree branches may rip the wings but i know you will carefully patch every hole. do not fret though, when the kite floats too high above air. that is it's peak and habitat, do not bring it back to the ground. this kite will not die like the bitter roots of our relationship, but soar higher than i ever could.
