Survival
Herobrine Boy's POV
*Bang* *Bang* *Bang*
The sound of fireworks greets me as I join the survival games server. I appear in the lobby with a slight warping sound and am greeted by many different faces, some I recognize and some I don't.
My name is Storm, odd name I know but it fits me. My username is 20_Storm_04.
My skin is, honestly, pretty generic. It consists of white tennis shoes, black jeans, and a very light blue-green long sleeved shirt. I have brown hair and eyes the same color as my shirt along with a pair of white and black headphones. Sometimes I wear a white mask with a smile on it. It either gives my enemies a false sense of security or makes them rather creeped out.
A lot of people in the lobby were just random players, but I know some of the ones that are in clans.
The best known clan's name is Wings of Fire. It is by far the most popular and powerful clan of boys, and only boys, on the server. They are only equal in strength to their rival the Glitches, a clan mostly made up of girls, that is just as popular and powerful as the Wings of Fire. They are led by a mysterious figure who, when she fights, leaves no survivors.
The leader of the Wings of Fire is not that much of a mystery, his name is Technoblade and is supposed to be the best fighter in all of Minecraft.
I myself don't believe that he is "the best." In my opinion, there is always someone better than you.
The clan is located on a mountain. More specifically, it's built around the top of it.
The base was built to look like a castle, and made out of nether brick, end stone bricks, and obsidian, it is almost unbreachable. The soldier's living area, supposedly, spans the entire inside of the mountain.
Though the most intimidating part of the base, however, are the prison cells.
The prison cells are at the peak of the mountain expanding outward like a giant umbrella, covering the castle below from the weather. Made completely out of obsidian, it is almost impossible to escape.
So much as I know the prison only holds prisoners of the war between the Wings of Fire and the Glitches.
The Glitches clan is set up almost the same as the Wings of Fire's base however it is made of end stone, end stone bricks, purpur bricks, obsidian, and all different colors of concrete. Another major difference is the fact that there is no prison atop the mountain. I have a feeling that they also built into the mountain, which I assume is where they have their prison.
There are however, those that do not clan at all, myself included. We choose instead to live lives without war. Sometimes we like to play mini games, such as the survival games, to which I am heading now.
On my way over to the starting icon I see a group of three girls arguing amongst themselves, most likely trying to decide whether to play or not.
'Wonder what's wrong.'
I decide to walk over and ask.
When I reach the group one of them gestures in my direction and the others turn to face me.
"What seems to be the problem?" I ask.
"We're trying to decide if we want to waste our time on this lame ass game," said one of the girls.
She was wearing a red, white, and black sweater with matching boots and black short shorts. She has long brown hair and dark brown eyes.
"It's not lame Ruby. It's actually really fun!" said one of the other girls.
She had on a blue and white stripped sweater, grey shorts, and blue shoes with a white top. She has long brown hair and sky blue eyes.
"Would you two stop arguing and just decide already. I'm fine with playing the game or not so it's your decision," said the final girl.
She was wearing a white tank top and black jean shorts with two chains on either side of them with a pair of black combat boots. She had long blonde hair that covered one of her turquoise eyes along with a pair of blue headphones that went with her eyes and hair perfectly.
'Wow. She's really pretty.'
Where did that come from!
I had never been interested in girls before. I never actually paid that much attention to them.
So why did I just think that!?
'SHUT UP BRAIN!'
"I think you guys should play. If your not playing it for fun then you could just play it for entertainment," I said cheerily.
"So, what, are you an admin?" Ruby asked.
"Nope. Just friendly," I said with a wide grin plastered on my face.
Ruby looked at all of us skeptically before finally giving up.
"Fine! I'll play! So you can shut up about it Lily," she shouted, looking defeated. "But only if you play in our game," she said pointing at me.
"Me?" I said, clearly confused.
'Why would she want me to play?'
"Yes, you! It's your fault that I'm playing now, so you're going to have to pay."
The way she said that was terrifying to say the least. It sounded almost demonic when she said that to me.
"No Ruby. You are too aggressive when you're like this," said the now identified Lily.
I know that I can take care of myself in a fight, but I have no idea what this girl can do, and that's unsettling.
I wanted to say no, to escape the punishment that was forming behind Ruby's eyes, but...
"Ok," I said.
Even though I was a bit afraid of her, I didn't want to say no. I was happy that someone actually wanted to play a game with me, even if it was just so that they could beat me. I wanted to spend more time with this group. They were interesting to me.
"Are you sure? She can be pretty aggressive," said the other girl.
"I think I can handle it," I said calmly, "Thanks though."
"Can we know your name?" Lily asked.
"My name is Storm. Nice to meet you."
Ruby and Lily formally introduced themselves and I shook hands with both of them despite Ruby's eyes clearly showing her want to hurt me.
Then the last girl introduced herself.
"My name is Psycho Girl, but my friends call me Psy."
"Cool. Nice to meet you Psy," I said while shaking her hand, "Do you guys want to start the game now?"
"Sure," Psy said, glad to finally end the argument.
I went over to one of the game signs with the others and, after making sure they knew which one I picked, punched the sign and was teleported into the game.
A/N: Hey! Hope you liked the first chapter and I look forward to writing the next one.
Right now I'm in school with Staar tests going on, so the chapter uploads will probably be pretty random.
