A slight whisping noise comes over you, sending a rather eerie shiver down your spine... to help your sudden anxiety, you turn up the car radio and focus back on the road. It's late, way too late, your parents are going to kill you when you get home. You should have left earlier but you were having such a good time, hopefully they'll understand.
(10 minutes later...)
Something isn't right. You eyes are telling you that you are going the right way, but your gut is telling you something else, are you lost? And it's strangely so foggy and dark. You feel as if your being watched, but there is no one on near you or even on the backroad that you are traveling on. Just calm down, you start in your head, I know where I am going and I'll be fine.
Suddenly, a blinking light comes up on your dash... no gas. Shit! I filled up this morning! How did I already burn through all of those gallons? Thank god you have your smart phone on you, just in case you don't find a gas station station.
(a few moments later...)
Your little car traveled as far as it could, but alas, it started to slow down as it gulped down its last few drops of sweet petral, stopping in the middle of absolutely nowhere, with only the lights of the car and a singular street light to keep you company. You pull out your phone, no service... go figure.
You decide after talking through with yourself to get out of the car and maybe search around for some help. As soon as the door slammed and the headlights turned off, you immediately regretted your decision. I hate the dark, I hate the forest, I hate the loneliness! Every fiber of your body wants you to get back into that damn car and just wai- ...
...
You see something, in the woods- ... is that a mechanic's shop? You ask yourself as if someone or something would answer. Maybe they have gas and/or some help on where exactly I am. So you set off and walk closer to this ominous looking building.
You have walked for a while, your toes in your boots are started to get tired of all this hiking through muddy soil, but then suddenly, a dark mist covers your surroundings and the temperature feels as if it had dropped from mild to freezing. Even though your vision is blurred, you keep on walking in the direction that you last saw the building
The black fog around you is starting to clear and you see a large, bright orange light coming closer into view with every step. The walk turned into a light jog, and then a faster jog... and then a full out sprint. Your anxiety is getting to you, you need to get to this light!
You arrive and are immediately taken back. Before you are a group of men and woman, all of different sizes and colors sitting by this campfire and simply talking about whatever. Who are these people? Why are they in the woods? Why am I in the woods? You question yourself as you keep walking
You stumble into view for some of the people, and they immediately stand up and are more startled of you then you are of them. Once a few of the looked, all of them did, some standing and some sitting... but all staring silently at you. What was going on here?
