The most magical of trees, one out of the many apples can grant anyone or anything immortality. If a bat eats the special apple it cannot die, if your pour the apples' juice on a teapot, that teapot cannot be destroyed.
But you should only pick and take a bite of one apple, because apparently if you eat a second apple you get cursed.

The Immortality Tree: Quite a spectacle, the apples glow a beautiful golden color - but the most interesting thing about the tree is the prize that rests inside it. One single apple can grant anything the power to be immortal, and I was lucky enough to be a victim of the special apple.
Soon after my transformation I was declared a goddess and soon after there was someone else who got a lucky pick. Most of the gods of this realm where gifted with immortality at birth, but with just a single bite of an apple. Now anyone who eats the special apple is proclaimed a god. Just because they can be ever living doesn't mean they are worthy of the title 'god'
