I don't blame him. It's my fault. If I had only told him the truth. Isn't that what lovers are supposed to do? Not that they ever do. The truth is man's greatest weapon - it must only be used on special occasions. Why is this so? Why is it so hard to tell the truth? Shouldn't it come naturally? It should, yet I kept it a secret.
He loves me. Wherever he is, he is in love with me. He's crying his heart out of love and loss. He doesn't care about whatever punishment they may be giving him. He cares about what's happening to me. He'd be able to see me from his window but that would mean he'd have to be in his room. That's highy unlikely. Who knows? His family works in strange ways.
"Love is love," he would say every time I'd try to convince him we weren't meant to be. Or had I been trying to convince myself? That would make more sense. Why would I try to push the love of my life away from me?
Oh, here they are. They're here to end it all; to make all his sins mine. Will our... Will my sins be forgiven? I guess I'll find out pretty soon.
