It really is a dream come true! I'm here in France with six other girls at the boarding school. Thank you for doing this, Mum.
It seems we're the only students in this countryside school as well as the only building for miles. I can't tell you how surreal it was to walk up that long tree-lined path to the place of my dreams.
Of course I do remember that I'm not here to have fun, just in case you thought I would do that. But I know I will have fun amongst friends.
The six girls and I have become fast friends already, Mum. Don't worry about me and I promise to write regularly. Promise me you'll write regularly or I'll worry about you and Dad.
