joseph got a blood transfusion and an intestine donation from dio's body and came back to life after having a pepsi explode in his rectum.

like the stupid sack of shit joseph is, he decided to fuck caesar with hamon. caesar exploded and his internal organs splattered all over the custom gucci wallpaper.
"OH NOOOOO" joseph screamed. "MY GUCCI WALLPAPER IS RUINED!!" joseph could care less that caesar was dead and he had murdered him. his custom gucci wallpaper was all bloody and ruined now. he decided that it was all caesar's fault because it was his organs that were on the walls and joseph is fucking stupid.

joseph was so depressed that his custom gucci wallpaper was ruined and so he decided to eat an AAA battery. the acid and chemicals from the battery leaked into his digestive system causing his death. hopefully forever this time.
