Dog training is a great way to spend time with your dog and is a lot of fun too. Training with your dog can also be a very rewarding experience for both you and your dog because your dog will learn new things. You can even learn life skills from training your dog. Dog training can teach people to be more patient and calm.

Personally, I have two family dogs and enjoy training them. The oldest dog is Joey (on the left) who is five years old. He is a mix between a Shih Tzu and a Havanese. My other dog is Marshmallow (on the right) who is four years old. We got her from a rescue, so we don't exactly know her breed. We think she is a mix between a Jack Russell Terrier and a Chihuahua.

I started training dogs when I was in elementary school and trained the family dog we had at that time, a Shih Tzu named Jasmine. Jasmine was a senior dog at that time. I taught her a few tricks and continued performing tricks she already knew. I didn't train her as often as I train the dogs we have now.

Since I've been training dogs for a while, I've learned a lot about dog training and have taught my dogs lots of fun tricks. I hope you learn a lot and have fun training your dog!
