Hearing the beeping of my alarm going off, signalling it's a new day. The day of March 18th, 2019. Nothing remotely new today, except for Jay's solo debut.
I jump out of bed and run to my phone that was laying on my desk, picking it up and unlocking it. Ignoring all other notifications, checking YouTube first, nothing new has happened.
I groan as I take my phone off of the charger and walk to my closet, grabbing a black sweater and jeans. I walk into my bathroom and turn on the shower, feeling the hot water pricking my back.
I run my fingers through my bleached blonde hair, feeling the water run down my skin. I massage my scalp with the musk smelling shampoo then the soft conditioner.
I step out of the shower and get dressed, leaving my house shortly after, walking to school with my backpack on my back. I walk inside and see my group of friends, still minus one, all sitting together, smiling.
I sit down next to Taehyung, placing my backpack behind me then he elbows my side.
"Did you see Jay's music video yet?" He asks me and I shake my head. "Why not? It was uploaded at five this morning." He adds then I raise an eyebrow at him.
"It did?" I ask him then Taehyung nods. "It never showed up on my phone." I mutter then he hands me his phone.
"It's alright, just watch it on mine." He tells me then I smile at him.
I unlock Taehyung's phone and go onto the YouTube app, seeing the first result being Jay's new single, "Heroine".
"Oh, my God," I mutter then I look at Taehyung, "she did absolutely amazing and she looked absolutely stunning!" I exclaim and he nods.
"Hell yeah." He agrees then I give him back his phone.
"Isn't that Jay over there?" Yoongi asks then I whip my head around, looking behind me.
