i arrive at my car, just to find him standing awkwardly next to my car.

As i walk up, he smiles dorkily.

My heart may or may not skip a beat.

"What am I signing up for, again?" He asks, not hesitating to get in the car,

i start the car, the engine only sputtering once, before answering as we drive away.

"An adventure."

He leans back, eyes closed, a careless smile on his face. "Okay."
