It was a normal day it had seemed for any teenager, wake up, get dressed go on to school but nobody expected the event to take place the day it all started. I entered the cafeteria and made my way to my friends "hey guys whats up" Joey is the first to look up at me "hey Logan were watching a video of someone eating another person!" I tilt my head and think to myself "well what the fuck normally its something funny or stupid " I move behind them to see at first what seemed like a riot but slowly I too started to notice people were running as some looked badly hurt but were chasing and tackling whoever they could catch where they then proceeded to literally dig into them. I felt weak to my knees I'm use to seeing this in games but this had.... shown that the news was lying to us and that this wasn't some cult at play."why are you watching this guys?!" Mickey replies still starting the video "it was the first thing to pop up on my recommend for YouTube why?" I blink a few times I haven't been on YouTube in a while so I checked as quickly as I could sure enough there wasn't one but multiple videos about the same thing with locations like New York , Iowa, and Michigan. I the blood drain from my body as I noticed one of the videos was published in Marshall Minnesota "Jesus there one that's an half an hour drive from us guys!" they both laugh at me " relax Logan it this was real don't you think the news would have at least covered it on the local news huh? Plus they said it was that the this cult is only been terrible in major city's so I think we are......
A loud explosions shakes the building as bloodcurdling screams fill the room cutting of Mickey from finishing her sentence I watch as people run for the doors trying to get out or hid wherever they can as we soon follow then from the speakers comes the school the principle acting his best to sound calm " A code red is in effect please get to the nearest rooms or outside immediately!!" I grab Joey and Mickey pulling them out of what I believe to be shock and to the crowd trying to get out of the cafetiere but something had started to bother me even though I was scared I could tell that there wasn't any gunshots or more explosion it was as if whoever was doing this wasn't even trying to get in on propose?! I close the door as quietly and quickly as I can taking refuge in the art room with a few others kids it was mostly quiet besides a few occasional screams and what sounded like stumbling footsteps and banging of doors in the distance I thought to myself again where the fuck are the gunshot there should be some if this was a code red.... I'm pulled from my thoughts to someone banging at our door as they screamed LET ME IN.
