Amber was the private residence of the Dewan family. They had named it Amber, a symbol of their relentless pursuit of greater heights.
The sprawling mansion was equipped with every luxury imaginable, including private theatres, gyms, banquet halls, clubs, swimming pools, a health centre, and vast landscaped lawns. Rising twenty-five floors above the city, it stood as a testament to the Dewans' power, success, and influence.

@Amber
Discipline governed every aspect of Aditya Dewan's life. Waking up before dawn, spending an hour at the gym, and adhering to a meticulously planned routine were habits he had cultivated over the years.
After finishing his workout and getting ready for the day, Aditya joined his family at the breakfast table. As usual, he updated his mother, Sakshi Dewan, and his grandfather, Raghav Dewan, on the latest developments within the company.
His grandfather had laid the foundation of the Dewan Empire, while Sakshi had transformed it into a global business powerhouse. Unsurprisingly, both listened with keen interest as Aditya discussed new projects, expansion plans, and upcoming investments.
Both were immensely proud of him and often wished Samrat would inherit the same discipline, ambition, and business acumen.
However, Sakshi was frequently disappointed by her younger children, Samrat and Shanaya. Punctuality was non-negotiable in her eyes, and their habit of waking up late tested her patience every morning. Breakfast was often the only time she could spend with her children, making their absence even more frustrating.
Everyone was present at the dining table except Samrat and Shanaya.
Unlike the others, Aditya's father, Ritesh Dewan, had little interest in balance sheets, acquisitions, or expansion strategies. A celebrated artist by profession, he endured these discussions only because they mattered to the people he loved. Beside him sat his mother, Saraswati Dewan, who shared his lack of enthusiasm for corporate matters.
Aditya noticed their expressions and suppressed a smile.
"Where are Samrat and Shanaya?" Sakshi asked sharply. "Why do they miss breakfast every day?"
"Mom, relax," Aditya said. "They partied last night and are tired."
"And they aren't missing breakfast," Ritesh added. "They simply have it a little later."
"Was it only yesterday?" Sakshi asked sternly. "Or do they party every night and wake up late every morning?"
"No, Mom. They don't."
"Then why don't they join us for breakfast daily?" she countered. "Stop defending them, Aditya. Teach them to be punctual and be a little stricter with them. I certainly can't expect that from your father."
"Sakshi, relax," Ritesh said gently. "I promise they'll join us from tomorrow. Let it go for now. And Aditya is already strict with them. He's their brother and loves them. Sometimes he gives in to their demands, that's all."
Sakshi nodded and resumed her breakfast.
Saraswati was displeased by her daughter-in-law's behaviour but chose to remain silent. Her husband had always stood firmly by Sakshi's side, and she had no intention of starting an argument with him over it. Over the years, she had learned that whenever Sakshi was involved, arguing with him was a battle she would never win.
Sensing the tension, Aditya decided to change the topic.
"Mom, Dadu, I'm going to Hyderabad for a few days. This project is one of the most significant undertakings on our current agenda, and I want to personally oversee every aspect of it."
