Sev's POV

"Severus!" Lucius yelled, fury penetrating his cold voice. 

"Yes Lucius," I said, even though I already knew what was coming.

"You know what!" Lucius screamed. "You have ruined everything, all of the dark lord's plans, just absolutely everything!" 

"Yes Lucius, but she is my girlfriend, and I don't want her to go to Azkaban!" I said harshly, which I instantly regretted. Lucius looked at me like I was the worst thing that had ever happened to him  - which I probably was. 

" Watch your back Snape," Lucius snarled, before turning to the rest of the Voldemort followers. "Now, Snape here has hardly done an admireable job, but he has helped tip the scales. As Snape has, unfortunatley, been declared as the Dark Lord's right hand man, we need a new helper. Any volunteers?" 

The Slytherins all began to shove each other in a mad attempt to be the first to get to Lucius. I watched them calmly, grateful that the Dark Lord had been happy about what I had done, and ignored what I hadn't. Lucius, of course, was furious, but I had the Dark Lord on my side, so he wouldn't dare lay a finger on me. 

The person who ended up getting to the sheet first was Peony Vain. I recognized Peony as a pureblood, and man was she gorgeous. The Dark Lord would be happy if I dumped the mudblood and went out with Peony, I thought. Wait, the mudblood? I never called my sweet Lily that! What was happening to me?

I knew what I should do, needed to do. I would date Peony behind Lily's back to please the Dark Lord, and Lily behind Peony's back, to please my heart.

Authors Note: I know this is kinda weird, having an AN in the middle of the chappie, but oh well. I know this wasn't actually there but as I said, oh well. It's a fanfic. Peony as in Pansy Parkinson's mum, but I think I may end up making her Pansy Snape.  Wow that name really sucks. Eh, that's ok. Back to the chappie!!!

Lily's POV

Alice, Audrey, and Narcissa filled me in on what had happened while I had been Imperiurised. I was shocked. And yet, I had discovered some things while I was imperiurised. Lucius could see into my mind, but I could also see into his. I knew the only way to save the muggleborns. And I knew the only person who was crazy enough, yet also smart enough, and most importantly, good enough at flying to do it.

James Potter had to seal the Chamber of Secrets.

Should Lily find out about Snape and Vain the hard way, and thats one of the reasons whe hates him forever? 

Should Snape and Vain's relationship get more Sirius, (Like James and Roxilians) this year?
