This part takes place late October around Brittney’s bday, she is at home straighting Kaylah’s hair, Chres is visiting his grandparents on his mom’s side for the weekend, the Roc walks in

Roc: (coming in the room) Hello my 2 beautiful girls (kissing Kaylah’s cheek, then pecking Britt’s lips)
Kaylah: (moving around) Hi daddie
Britt: (doing Kaylah’s hair) Hey bae…Kaylah stop moving before u get burned
Kaylah: (whining) Ouch…mommie I don’t want my hair fwatironed because it hwurts
Roc: Brittney stop hurting my baby, why are u straightening her hair anyways she’s too little so stop tryna make her grow up so fast (grabbing Kaylah) come here princess
Britt: (grabbing Kaylah) Sit down so I can finish & Roc stfu ain’t nobody trying make her grow up fast I just wanted to straighten her hair & clip her ends instead of her walking round with them curly ponytails all the time
Roc: (letting go of Kaylah) Well excuse me (rolling his neck) anyways what do u want to do for your bday next weekend
Britt: I was thinking that we all go out to a nice dinner on Friday night, then Saturday night we can go to club Evolution & get VIP reserved for us
Roc: Is it anything u want special for your bday
Britt: (finishing Kaylah’s hair) I want those black-studded red bottoms I showed u last month & that limited edition Louis Vuitton that just came out (looking up, smiling at him)
Roc: Damn bae u tryna make me go broke, don’t u have enough shoes & pursing in the closet already
Britt: U asked me what I wanted & I told u
Roc: Why u gotta be so expensive, can I just buy u a puppy & be done with it
Britt: No, cause u gone try to buy me & freaking pit bull, when u got enough outside already that I’m scared of that’s why they aren’t allowed in the house
Kaylah: Ooh daddie I want a puppy can u buy me one (making a cute little face to him) but not like Blue cause she scwary
Roc: How can I resist a face like that, yes we will go get one when I go pick up Chres tomorrow
Kaylah: Yay, mommie I get a puppy & I gone name her (thinking) Sugar
Britt: (putting Kaylah’s bow in her hair) That’s good boo, but u got to make sure u clean up after her
Kaylah: I will mommie (walking out the room) I getting a puppy, I getting a puppy
Britt: U better go get it tomorrow like u said or I’m kick yo ass (putting the flatirons on the dresser, with her back facing him)
Roc: I am gone get it & u ain’t gone kick nobody ass (slapping her butt, laughing)
Britt: (jumping) Ouch u dickhead
The next day they get up & go pick up Chres from his grandparents & they are in the car on their way to the pet store
Kaylah: (in her carseat) Guess what brover
Lil Chres: (looking at her) What Kay Kay
Kaylah: Daddie is buying me a doggie (clapping her hand)
Lil Chres: (mad) Man dad how come she gets a dog & I don’t
Roc: Yall bout to share this dog & plus u don’t even help with the ones in the backyard
Lil Chres: I want my own dog & the ones in the backyard are too big & they got sharp teeth
