"Ugh, I can't believe we're back at school." Alya groaned as they walked though the shiny sliver gates. "It seems like we never had any holidays at all."

Marinette shrugged. She didn't really know what to reply with since she didn't really mind school. However, she did enjoy being at home much more. Her parents owned the largest and most famous bakery in the whole of Underheaven, that meant that she had to help out with the baking of treats and she enjoyed that.

Underheaven wasn't in Heaven nor in the Underworld, it was in between. Not only did both Angels and Demonds live in Underheaven but other magical creatures did too. Werewolfs, Elfs, Fairies and many other creatures. Vampires were around to, most didn't want to be known as Vampires. They liked to dress up as Angels or Elfs most of the time or become some interesting hybrid like Neko-Angel or Werewolf-Angel which had a limited amount of species population. [these two species were extremely rare. However, if you knew there was a lot of those hybrids in the area then there was loads of Vampires.]

The hallways of the school were a sparkly silver made of diamond, titanium and concrete mixed together. Which the walls strong enough to resist all magic so you couldn't really use your powers to fight someone at school. That's if you had any magical powers.

"Sooo, did you end up seeing loverboy during the holidays?" Alya asked, while twerking her eyebrows at Marinette. The tips of the blue haired girls ears became red.

"What? No. I don't stalk him." She replied shaking her head. The duo had finally arrived where their lockers were decorating the sides of the hallways with their pale pink metallic shine.

"Well last holidays you took me around stalking him." The ombre haired angel remarked. This holidays she wasn't really in Underheaven, She had gone up to Heaven on holiday to see her grandparents who were ageing old and happily under the care of Gods that lived in the land of  above.

The blue haired girl rolled her eyes. Even though it was true that she did take Alya around stalking Adrien last holidays, Marinette didn't want to admit herself that she might’ve had a crush on him.

'He's just a summer love. Not even a crush.' That's what she always thought to herself. By love, she was meaning a love from afar, she obviously wasn't going to sleep with him.

Much to Marinette's dismay she still had a bit of a crush on the boy after all these years. There was just something so charismatic about Adrien that it kept her into him. Even though he never noticed her more than a friend and probably never will.

Walking passed the lockers the navy haired girl could see in the corner of her eye the most annoying person at their school. Chloe and her trusty side kick Sabrina, Alix and Kim oddly hung out with the two along as well with a few others in older grades. Marinette honestly didn't like them. It wasn't because they were outright mean to her or anything, it was just they liked to very rebellious things and the bluebell eyed girl wasn't really into that. Plus Chloe made it way too obvious she had a crush on Marinette and that annoyed her to bits, despite still hanging out with her at the end of the day, and hating to admit that Chloe was in fact one of her best friends.

The very unfortunate thing was that Chloe was sitting right in front of Marinette's locker and she was going to have to ask the blonde to move if she was going to get her math book and honestly she didn't want to deal with Chloe's playful teasing or flirting now. It made her feel weird, like the blonde haired girl was having the upper hand of her and she hated it. Utterly hated it.

"I saw Chloe sitting on your locker, did you want to borrow a page from my math book?"Alya asked as if she could read Marinette's mind that well in this situation.
