Call of the Ancestors (Warriors)

Prologue

A dark brown tom, looked up at the night sky, where the stars seemed to glow brighter than the sun.

"Looking intently at the stars does not mean that our ancestors can send their wisdom directly into you, Parkstar." A light blue-grey tabby came to sit next to him.

"I am simply torn, Featherfur, the kits, Stormkit and Spottedkit seem to be great assets for our clan, especially with Stormkit's interest in fighting and Spottedkit's fascination in herbs. But Blueshine told me that Stormkit killed her sister, Rainkit, and Spottedkit, though trying to help only made it worse...

What do you think on this matter?" Parkstar inquired.

"I think that this is some kind of omen from Starclan, but that would mean that Stormkit pretended to not kill her sister and Blueshine lied about being asleep. Be careful Parkstar, Blueshine might be your sister, but that does not mean that she can be trusted." Featherfur replied.

"Of course, Blueshine can be trusted, she wouldn't just betray our bond just like that."Snorted Parkstar."And besides Ashfall would be the one at fault, it was probably a provoked attack, you know how Rainkit took after Ashfall's arrogance and disgrace, I honestly do not know what Blueshine sees in him..."

"Besides, Featherfur, it probably has nothing to do with that prophecy which was probably just a dream or talking about some other cats, and they are just kits who are totally loyal to the clan and Starclan."  Parkstar continued in a carefree way.

"Parkstar, you are being too narrow-minded and stubborn, I am sure you will regret it later on." Featherfur insisted. But to her disapproval, disappointment and anger, Parkstar simply got up and stormed off.

"Oh, Parkstar, you mouse-brained tom! There is always a form of reality in dreams, may Starclan save us all!" Whispered the remaining she-cat, with only the night to hear her plea.
