Tyler had been walking for an hour before he realized he hadn't really thought his plan through. He could only just be able to sing, he had nothing but clothes and some food in his bag and he had no money to rent accommodation. Tyler sat down on the curb of the pavement. What do I do from here, he thought. "Tyler?" Someone called his name and he looked up to see the face of Zack Manter staring down at him.

"Zack?" Tyler asked. Zack was a friend who dropped out of high school in Year 10 due to bad grades and bullying. Zack was mainly bullied due to his size and his reputation of not doing well in class. He kept in touch but slowly talked to him less around the start of Year 12. He saw Zack had a tattoo on his neck but he couldn't really see what it was from his angle. Zack had curly brown hair and was still very large.

"How are you?"  Zack asked.

"Well, I've officially left home to pursue a career in music but I don't think I've really thought this through. I don't have any money or a place to stay so I'm trying to think of some places near here." Tyler responded.

"I have a free bedroom in my apartment if you wanna crash for a few weeks!" Zack told Tyler enthusiastically.

"Do you? That would be great. How can I pay you?" Tyler asked.

"Don't worry! I pay my rent fine!" Zack said.

"Thanks, man. How far do you live from here?" Tyler asked, eager to get somewhere.

"Just down the street there. I saw your trademark blue jumper from my window and so I went to investigate. I have nothing else to do honestly." Zack responded, shrugging his shoulders.

"Right. What's your job nowadays?" Tyler asked, confused about Zack's spare time.

"I work at an advertising agency literally just down the road from my house. It's an average pay but I'm having a day off because of the new season of Galactic War coming out today. Let's head down to my place." Zack said and started to walk down the street. Tyler followed and they walked. Tyler hadn't realized how hot it was today. He asked Zack and Zack told him it was 98.6 Fahrenheit today. Tyler was getting really hot now so took his jumper off and shoved it in his bag. They reached Zack's apartment block and took the elevator up to Room 183. Zack unlocked the door and Tyler followed through. Inside was a home which you could easily tell was Zack's. A desk in one corner which was drowned by books, a couch littered with chips and magazines about Galactic War Season 6 and a kitchen filled with chocolate, tea, and more chips. On the couch was a familiar looking guy playing a video game on the TV. He turned his head to see Zack and then saw Tyler. He immediately stopped playing and got up to embrace Tyler. Oren 'Oreo' Anderson stepped back and welcomed Tyler back.

"Tyler!" Oreo shouted.

"Oreo!" Tyler shouted back and they hugged again. Oreo was one of Tyler's really good friends in school. He had blonde hair and blue/greyish eyes. He had a tattoo of a dragon swirling up his leg and the word 'love' written on his bicep. The three sat down and had tea while chatting about how they had all been. After, Tyler unpacked his stuff in the spare bedroom, and then they played video games 'till 11:00 pm before finally falling asleep.
