Aloha POV

I had just walked into the café were Army usually hangs out. I was just in there to order some iced coffee. I watched as the orange inkling got up from the table at which he sat, and head to the counter. Being my curious self, I quickly snuck towards his table and sat down.

"Ha, Army's notebook! I wonder what he's been writing this morning?"

I flipped to the most recently written on page, and began to read:

When I watch a dance
Even just one glance
Is enough to make my heart melt
As if I was lying underneath the summer sun

Woah, I had no idea Army could write like this. Who was this poem about anyways? It was a love poem I knew that. I also knew he was gay. Well, more like I had a hunch?

"A-Aloha! G-Get out of my seat!"
I look me to see the familiar orange boy behind me. I rested my chin in my hand, smiling.
"I don't see a name on it, sweetie~"
I taunted. "What are you writing here anyways, curry boy?"
That's when he snatched his book right away from me.

"Did you read it!?" He gasped.
Well yes I did. But I didn't want him to feel embarrassed.
"No, could you read it to me? The poem in that last page?" I asked him.
He grumbled.
"Aloha you wouldn't understand what it was about."
To that, I disagree.
I smirked. "What is it for someone your in love with~?" I teased. " 'Cuz lemme tell you army, I know all about love!" I winked at him. Army's face went red.
" Aloha! I refuse to tell you anything about what's in this book- or about my feelings-!" He stopped. I tilted my head. "What feelings are you talking about, Army?" I giggled.

"I-IM NOT TELLING YOU!"
The orange inkling yelled before running out of the café.
I sighed.

"Army sure is on tough nut to crack..."
