pain
life sometimes takes a toll on me,
and its often dull,
i try to find the happy things everyday,
but it isnt enough,
i feel numb.
unable to feel emotions,
i sometimes wonder if im alive
but in some instances,
i get hurt.
i get blisters from being clumsy,
i get scars from scratching too much,
i get burnt marks from touching hot pans.
and instead of crying
i thank my lucky stars that im alive enough to feel something.
