There was a long pause after that

And that was the last thing Y/n had ever said to her mom. She had told her parents the night before that she liked girls..and her parents just didn't understand because they were "old fashion". The last thing Y/n had expected was her parents to react the way did. The morning after her father left for work, with no words exchanged between them she said goodbye to the life she once knew.
Y/n was 15 when she started living with her aunt in New Jersey. her aunt Becca was the best thing that could've happened to her since the incident; that is until a certain redheaded girl walked right into her life with no warning at all. Neither of them were exactly ready for the future held in store for the both of them, but they knew that in the end.....
