Let me clarify, Barry Allen is not mean — he is stubborn and has a temper but he will never purposefully be rude or yell unless he's just out of control with his anger and after he's cooled down he'd obviously apologize; don't make him mean. He's a geek too, don't make him not understand a Star Wars reference because you know Barry Allen would understand. Keep him as him.
Caitlin isn't always nice; she lost her fiancé, twice, and she also has a bit of a sour temper; And while Killer Frost is awesome at most times, remember when she was a villian, she had all the worst parts of Caitlin amplified to eleven. Her petulance and impatience aren't to be ignored — people aren't perfect. That said, she's not a cruel person. Don't make her lash out at your character for spilling coffee, if anything, Caitlin would help clean it up.
A reminder — Killer Frost and Caitlin Snow are two different people; they just share body.
Cisco does have his days, remember when he and Ralph almost got into a physical fight??? He's not all sunshine and rainbows, but he tries to be and that weighs him down.
Ralph Dibny is not a saint and we all know that — but he wants to be better, he just doesn't know how. He's not the cocky guy he pretends to be, he's scared and that's why he jokes so much. Don't paint him a criminal, he's NOT.
Just keep the characters as they aren't; don't make Harry always rude, he has moments where he shows that he really cares for Team Flash — Don't Make Iris a giant bitch, she has her moments to shine — don't ruin these characters.
