Soarin's POV
I received a lot of applause and the first squad is now complete
"Good job bro! I knew you could do it!" wave cheered,
"Thanks to the both of you guys... You brought my spirit back!" I cheered
"Hey soarin great job out there!" Another recruit commented
"gee, thanks it's no big deal really" I chuckled
"Oh it is a big deal if you ask me" our general spoke. We saluted then I asked,
"how so?"
"well .. if you don't know blade was one of the most reckless recruits here, he is popular with the title of 'king of the ring' " our general explained,
Spitfire rolled her eyes then replied, "Pfft! He's only strong because he has those blade wings thingy, if he doesn't have them he would just be like any other recruit!"
"Becareful with your words recruit, it might comeback to you and bite you" the general spoke
"literally?" Spitfire asked
"It's a metaphor" the general replied
We talked more and when it was time for bed we walked to our new sleeping quarters!

I was tired from all that chatting then i heard two ponies talking just talking in the corner. i walked up to them and---...oh my god..
Wave's POV
i was just outside of my dorm and saw spitfire walked passed me, my heartbeat was pounding like crazy! i breathed in and brushed my mane backwards.
"h-hey spitfire" i called, She stopped walking and turned to face me.
"oh hey wave right?" she said,
i chuckled and replied, "you still don't know my name but i know yours, huh."
she let out a little laugh and said, "well you can't blame me, some stallions here look a bit like you heheh, forgive me" she chuckled.
" its fine" i smiled.
"soo, is that your room?" she asked pointing to a door.
"yeah, wanna have a little peek?" i asked and wiggled my eyebrows. she started laughing and said,
"nah, i think i'll pass thank you" she chuckled.
"where's your room in the quarters?" i asked,
" just 5 doors from yours" she smiled.
"where's the captain's room?" i asked out of the blue.
she then started grinning and said, "why? you want to have a private session with the captain?"
my eyebrows then furrowed and replied, "W-WHAT? N-NO!"
"oh yeah? you like her do you?" she asked.
i facehoofed, ah man! she got the wrong idea!
i tried making her stop thinking i'm inlove with the captain but she's too stubborn...
urgghhh spitfire why...why..why are you so.....so.... attractive this way (XD)
Soarin's POV
wait.... wave likes the captain? since when? why? how?
and why am i so bothered by it?
aghh whatever, i walked up to them and spoke
"so, you like the captain?"
wave looked up to me and said,
"wait! wait! before any jealousy feelings run up to your head i'm not inlove with the captain! i swear!" he claimed, i backed away a bit and spoke
"jealousy feelings?" i asked confusedly
"uh yeah, cause knowing you i know you i know you have the hots for the captain" he teased,
"wait, you do?" spitfire asked,
"NO!" wave yelled,
"i'm so confused" spitfire said, wave sighed and spoke,
"just listen! spitfire i don't like the captain, soarin does!" wave claimed then spitfire then came to a realization
"wave for the last freaking time i don't like the captain! i don't like her!!" i yelled
"deny it all you want i saw the way you look at her all the time" wave grinned
"oh my god, wave you're so stubborn!" i facehooved,
"there's no point in arguing with you two!" i said and when i turned around i bumped into another pony and we both fell to the ground.
i opened my eyes and good lord tell me if i'm dreaming but i can see a pair of beautiful magenta eyes... wait...oh gosh *quickly stands up*
i quickly saluted and spoke "captain! my greatest apologies i-i didn't mean to-" she quickly cuts me off mid sentence
"it's fine it's not your fault anyways. im just so tired and i have a bunch of sh**y fu***ng paper works and projects to finish!"
wow....language (0_0)
i can hear snickers from behind...
she arched up her back and glared at us.
"you three better go to bed now, its almost midnight and i don't want anyone to look sleepy in training tomorrow!" she commanded
"yes captain" i replied
"you look sleepy yourself captain, do you want someone to walk with you to your room?" wave asked and elbowed spitfire with a wink
"oh yeah! great idea wave! *winks* what do you say dash?" spitfire asked
dash?
"its captain to you spitfire, and no thanks i'm fine on my own" the captain spoke and started walking again and ended up bumping to me again.
"urgh, soarin are you a wall or something? cause where ever i walk i always bump into you!" she said annoyed
wave held his laugh and i glared at him.
"my apologies again captain"
"take my advice captain you need soarin to slee- i mean walk with you, you could get hurt in this condition" spitfire said
i glared at them and facehooved once more, i breathed and spoke
"ugh guys just leave the captain alone! she doesn't want any-"
"ok..."
i turned around and good lord she really said yes...
