Vice quickly walked away and headed towards the elevator.

"Vice, teka!"

"Love, calm down," Ravine said.

"Calm down? This is my worst fear come to life, Ravine. I'm dead. And I am really worried dahil sigurado akong isusumbong ako ni Vice. At isa pa, alam kong sisirain ni papa ang pangalan mo," Lea said as she panicked.

"Carmen, hey, stop chasing your brother," Ravine said, "Nandito naman ako. Ano naman kung malaman nila? I've got you. Please stay."

"Rave, I can't leave my family. Sorry. I really am, pero mas importante pa rin sila sa akin," Lea responded while in tears, "I'm really so sorry but I have to go. I'm sorry, Ravine. I really am. This is it for us."

After saying those words, Lea got in the elevator and left Ravine alone.

Lea came home rushing. As she opened the door she immediately saw Vice with their mom.

"So, 'yun nga po ang nangyari, ma," Vice was saying.

"Mama!" Lea exclaimed as she rushed towards Gail, "Mama, I'm so sorry kahit anong parusa niyo ni Papa sa akin tatanggapin ko but please do not disown me. Ayokong mawala sa pamilyang ito."

"Lea, ssshhhhh," Gail said, "it's okay. Vice told me everything. Sinabi niyang nakipagkita ka nga raw sa lalaking 'yon."

Lea looked at Vice who was looking away in a far distance seeming not to care then looked at Gail again.

"L-lalaki?" Lea said hesitantly.

"Yes. Hindi niya raw kilala, pero iyon nga raw ang nangyari – tinapos mo na nga raw ang lahat sa inyo. Pinasundan kita kay Vice, anak, dahil may duda ako sa'yo but I'm glad dahil sinunod mo ang gusto ko. Now, we can bury this issue between the three of us. Hindi na kailangan pang makarating ito kay Aris and especially sa papa ninyo," Gail stated.

"Ma, sa kwarto lang po ako kung kailangan niyo ako," Vice said as he excused himself.

Gail nodded at Vice then hugged Lea as Vice left.

Later on, Lea followed Vice in his room. Lea didn't bother to knock but instead she bursted into Vice's room. Vice was holding a stress ball while pacing back and forth.

"Why did you do what you did, Vice?!" Lea said as she entered the room.

Vice walked towards his bed and sat there while Lea stood in front of him.

"Bakit imbis na ilaglag mo kay mama, pinagtakpan mo pa ako?"

"Kung lalaki lang yung kasama mo – I would have," Vice said.

"Alam mo namang mas mapapahamak ako kung sinabi mo yung alam mo ngayon di ba? That it was a woman who I replaced Aris with. That it was Congresswoman Vargas who I am in relationship with. So, bakit hindi mo pa rin sinabi?" Lea said.

"Are you that stupid, Lea? Seriously?! You'd be in deep shit if I did that. Itutulad ka nila sa akin. Pandidirihan ka nila. Ikukulong ka nila rito. Babantayan nila lahat ng kilos mo. I really want to shame you pero I can see myself in you. And even if you betrayed me kapatid pa rin kita, shobe," Vice said.

"Vice, I'm sorry. I'm sorry sa lahat ng nagawa ko sa'yo," Lea said as her tears fell, "Sorry talaga. Hiyang-hiya ako ngayon sa'yo. After all that I've done to you, pinagtakpan mo pa rin ako kay mama."
