Silence is beautiful yet scary. When the world is silent, your fear catches up to you, telling you something is wrong but when there's too much noise, you wish for everything to be silent, to be beautiful.

Today was a weird day, the whole corridor was filled with noise yet all a heart could hear was silence, silence before a storm. Tiara was still unconscious, Aarush right beside her, holding her hands, as if soothing his heart, telling it that she will be alright, that he won't lose her again.

He cursed himself for not being with her five years ago, for giving more priority to his work than his love. So what if she belonged to someone else?
Love is like an innocent child,  it stays where it finds happiness and with Tiara, Aarush's heart was always happy.

" How long has she been like this?" He questioned looking at the girl sleeping peacefully on the bed in front of him.

" Since that accident." Her brother replied, his eyes holding the same pain as his.

" What do the doctors think?" He himself knew the answer to his question but wished for some miracle. Maybe they found a way to bring her back, they can, right?

" The same. They say it's almost impossible-"

" What's impossible?" They both turned their head with jerk as the girl said something after so long.

Slowly, she opened her eyes, looked at the two with curious looks and started sitting. Aarush returned back to reality and helped her sit, his heart running like he just ran a mile.

" Call Dad." She said, an unknown spark in her tone. There was something strange about this girl and Aarush's heart didn't fail to notice it.

" Tiara you need rest." He said but Tiara was already out of bed, searching for the only man she needed at the moment.

" I don't. Thanks for your concern and Thanks for finally showing up." She said, stopping him from supporting her. Even she knew it was him who brought her back but she wouldn't dare to let him know that, not after being hurt once.

" Tiara?" She heard a broken voice, her heart burned in agony but she cared no more. She looked at the tears in her mother's eyes but something in her stopped her from wiping them.

" Call Dad." She said and walked out of the room, Aarush right beside her.

" He's on his way." A boy, same as her age said. She looked at him, her heart clenching again but her steps walking away from him.

" Something is wrong." The boy said. Everyone turned their attention away from Tiara and towards the boy who looked like a xerox copy of Tiara.

" What is it Mike?" Aarush asked.

" The connection, it's lost! I can't sense her anymore! I can't read her emotions!" He said, his voice breaking.

" You don't need to, not anymore." Tiara spoke and left for her Dad's study.

" Tiara he's-" Mike stopped seeing the old man with red eyes entering the Millan Mansion.

" Tiara?" He asked.

" We need to talk, Alone." She said and left the room, leaving everyone shocked and shattered at the same time.

Tiara was back but she was no longer the girl they knew, she had changed. The girl walking away from them was a new Tiara, a matured one.

Tiara walked inside the empty cabin, the same room she used to play hide and seek in. She had never imagined she would be here for a serious talk, ever, but destiny has it's own ways.

After few minutes her dad entered. Tiara notice tear stains on his cheeks but decided to ignore them. She had a much more important thing to focus on.

" Yes darling, what is it that you wanted to talk about? " Her dad asked. Tiara felt goosebumps cover her on listening the word Darling.

" Don't call me that!" She stated, shocking her dad with her tone.

" Tiara? What happened? Fine. I won't call you that. Now tell me what is it? " He asked. Tiara wanted to speak her heart out, to ask him the only thing she needed right now but she feared he would say no. He too wanted to know what was the matter with Tiara but unfortunately he too feared. His fears were different though. He didn't knew what are the words she hated. He had no idea how to handle a daughter whom he had almost lost to the hands of death.

They both sat in silence for a few minutes before Tiara finally decided to speak. " I want my personal office, away from this house. " She said once again shocking him with her words.

" Is that it? " He asked, still unsure about her thoughts. Of course it was nothing which could not be discussed in front of the whole family.

" I want to learn martial arts. I want a gun of my own too and 50 lakhs rs in my hands. And I don't want anyone knowing about it all, not even about me having a personal office. " She said, her voice professional. Right now she looked like a mature woman, one who came for a business purpose and not his little princess.

" May I ask the reason why? " He asked, his voice sounding unsure. For the first time in his life he felt helpless. He had his daughter in front of his eyes but she looked like a completely different girl. He had no idea what was going through her mind, not even the slightest of clue. All the girls in his family had learnt martial arts but then why does she want to hide it all. What is it that she need a gun for?

" I'll tell you but this stays between the two of us. No one, I repeat not even mother gets to know about it. " She said, her words sharp to the point. A feel of pride took over him as he heard his daughter speak with so much confidence.

" One more thing, I need you to tell everyone that I'll be going out of country for my further studies because I need a change of environment. Only you will know that I'm here." She said, confusing him even more.

" Listen Tiara, I can't help you until you tell me what's going in that pretty little brain of yours. " for the first time he used his sharp tone but was left bewildered by her reply.

" Revenge. " She said and left his cabin without any further discussion.

" I know you heard it all Aarush. Better keep your mouth shut else I myself don't know what I may do. " She called out, leaving a shocked Aarush standing outside her dad's cabin.
