Hazel POV

"This a little too big to be newborn" I roll my eyes

I was trying to get back in Lani's good graces. I got her nails and toes done. I even got her hair done because she hates doing her own hair.

At this point I was bringing a whole bunch of baby clothes home. I'm shopping alone because Neisha still isn't returning my calls and it's been months.

I was just putting shit in the damn basket. The baby has to grow anyway.

Lani bought so much shit on her own and her and her girls were home painting the nursery. I have the men coming tomorrow to fix it because when I left it looked fucked up.

I'm really trying with Lani I even cut Heaven's fine ass off. She still be texting me but I don't respond.

"Fuck it I'm done" I mumble going to checkout

When I got home Candice was venting making me roll my eyes. This bitch always got a problem.

"You always getting with a leech" Lani say

"And you always getting with bastards" I rolled my eyes not bothering to say anything

"Girl bye Hazel actually trying" Lani say "I don't even know if she cheated I was just assuming"

Candice rolled her eyes "I'm inviting the girls over for drinks"

"Not that bitch Gina" Lani makes it clear as I make my presence known

"Shopping for a newborn is hard" I say

"I know her coming home outfit is kinda basic but she'll be cute in it" Lani say

"Okay do you already have a diaper bag" I ask

"Yes it's so cute it's in my car" Lani say "did you take a picture in that fashion nova outfit already"

"Yeah I did" I say

"Y'all gone have a welcome home party" Candice ask

"I don't want all them people around my baby" Lani groans "plus Hazel has to go to Dallas soon"

"Unnecessary trips" Candice roll her eyes

"It's actually work" I say

"Can you wear my brand" Candice ask

"Bitch please" I Say walking out

"You can't comment on everything Hazel does She's my girlfriend it's our relationship just let me handle it" Lani say

Finally! Lani was starting to act like a little bitch. Letting Candice say whatever the fuck her illiterate ass wanted to say and she just sat there like a lost dog.

"You think I'm suppose to be nice to someone that's hurting you constantly" Candice ask

I haven't don't shit! The bitch need to just mind her fucking business. She just need to stop coming over I swear.

"Kay treats you like shit but you don't see me being rude" Lani say moving around

"She's not my girlfriend so she can do" Candice smug ass say and she probably rolled her eyes

I walked to the bedroom and sat on the bed grabbing my MacBook. I checked my emails looking at all the promos.

It's no such thing as too much money. These people literally paying me to take a few pictures in there stuff. Easy money.

This time it was a few hair companies I went ahead and sent them my PO BOX.

Regardless of who I'm going to try and keep our address from getting out because of the baby's safety. I'll have to let Lani know everybody can't come over but she should already know that.

I took my shirt off leaving myself in a sports bra and then walking downstairs to get me a cup of wine.

Someone rung the doorbell and Heaven stood there with a cocky smile. "The fuck you doing here" I move outside

"Ooh you look good" Heaven bites her bottom lip as more people get out of her car

"Hello" I mumble

"Candice invited me" Heaven say and just like that Candice opened the door

"So rude how come you didn't let her in" Candice mug grabbing Heaven's hand and leading her inside

I waited for the other girls before locking the door. I made my way back to the kitchen. "Fuck the wine" I made myself a nice glass of Hennessy

I made my way back upstairs and tried to hear their conversation. My ex side bitch is in my daughters room with my girlfriend.

"I be right back" I hear Lani say so I ran into the bathroom which is right next to the nursery. If she caught me listening on their conversation she'll be so pissed.

"Hazel" I hear Lani say a little loud but not really yelling

She sounded like she was in the bedroom so I walked out. "I didn't see you in the hall"

"I barely just got up the steps I was getting me a drink" I say raising the glass

"Your drinking hard liquor" Lani question

"Just in the mood for a glass of Hennessy" I shrug

"I'm sorry for being so hard on you, I just don't like it when you're being sneaky" Lani say

"I forgive you and I'm sorry for acting sneaky" I say pecking her lips

"Now let's stay on a good note for a while I'm tired of the back and forth" Lani admits

"Man it was becoming a job itself" I say

"I know and I'm trying. I know I can get grouchy for no reason but I'm just going to blame it on the hormones" Lani smile

I pecked her lips which made her smile even bigger. Now I'm definitely not telling her that I cheated she's in a good mood! I haven't seen that in months so I'm definitely taking it for granted.

"I love you" I say

"I love you too baby" Lani say "you wanna come down there with me and the girls"

"Hell nah Candice ass about to get slapped" I say

"We had a talk. I told her let me handle you" Lani say

"That doesn't mean she'll listen" I say "plus I'm going to go by Neisha's house"

"Have fun with that" she say walking out

I slid on my slides before grabbing my keys and walking out.

When I got there the door was opened so I just let myself in. We besties I don't give a fuck what she say!

"Neisha" I say closing the door behind me

In the living room it was her and a guy shooting up something. "Damn bitch don't just let yourself in"

"I always do. What the fuck are you doing" I yell

"Girl don't knock it til you try it" She dangled the needle

"I feel amazing" the guy smile sitting back

I can't. It looks tempting I'm not going to lie but Lani would literally kill me. I wouldn't be able to see my daughter and my label would be sold to the highest bidder.

I walked right out. She's grown! If she needs help she knows where to seek it. A few tears fell I mean this has been my bestie for years and I hate to see her like that.
